If I could give -5 stars, I would. I will never come back to this barbershop. This place reminded me why I stopped using barbershops for almost 10 years. I came in early in the morning around 9:45 on a Saturday and I understood that without an appointment we would have to wait. So when they signed us in and said we had to wait until 10:30 it was no big deal. Well we came back in and the lady ( Saisha) that was supposed to cut my son’s hair was moving in SLOW MOTION. She wasn’t moving slow because she was old, she was moving slow because she looked like she had no cares in the world about anything and did not want to be there. She still had someone in her chair but that looked to be the SAME GUY that she was cutting when we walked in at 9:45. It does not take that freaking long to give someone a fade and get them out of the chair. But to make matters worse, when she got him out of the chair it was 10:34. Then to add insult to injury she proceeded to do the SLOWEST cleanup in human history. It took her forever to clean her station and wash her combs. Then she walked to the back and we didn’t see her until I had to ask for help. My son and I sat in the front until 10:45 and I had to ask one of the other barbers find out where our barber was. The other barber said “ she’ll be out in 2 min”. Now to his credit he was nice and offered me something to drink but I was beyond irritated. People have things they have to do so there’s no time to be moving slow and just taking your sweet time to provide the service. The total lack of urgency is just crazy. And to cap it off, when my son sat down in the chair she didn’t even seem to care or anything that she was 15 min past our appointment. No apology or anything just “ ok what’s he getting “. THEN, when I asked her to change something about my sons haircut she got an attitude with me. She gave me this ugly look like I was being a major inconvenience. I guess she had better things to do with her time. And if you’re waiting for the haircut result part of the review…. She can’t do a lineup to save her life. I even had to fix it for my son when we got home. Definitely not worth $40 for a kids haircut. One last note about the overall set up of the barbershop, the sofas are directly in front of the chairs, so when saisha blew the hair from my sons cut, he basically flew in my face. You would think she would know to blow the opposite direction, but no, it gets right on the customers. Edit as of feb 22nd : The owner of the company called me a few hours after I made this review and personally apologized for the entire experience . He told me he was willing to do whatever it took to make things right and to earn my business again which I did actually really appreciate. I definitely wasn’t expecting a phone call. But I’m glad he did because he was extremely nice and was trying his hardest to show that his company holds themselves to a higher standard.

Just got my hair cut by Adrian Johnson and I couldn’t be happier. Adrian really took the time to understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The attention to detail was next level. If you’re looking for a stylist who knows their craft, go see AJ!

Saisha was amazing! This was my first time going and I am always a little apprehensive about new places since it can either be really good or not. The minute I walked in I could tell this was going to be a great place, all the stylists are super friendly and focused on their client’s satisfaction. I showed Saisha a couple of pictures of the look I was going for and then she was going to work making the look a reality. She was fast and efficient and had such a fun energy that makes everyone around her smile and have fun. Will definitely be going back and recommend anyone looking for a place to go to try this out, you won’t regret it!

Isaac is extremely professional. He always offers water or a soft drink during appointments and is flexible with scheduling when he can be. Great spot to get back in the game with a clean, sharp look. I recommend his services 10 out of 10.

Brought my two year old to Chophouse today. He got his hair cut with Adrian. Excellent barber, even better human being! He was so patient and kind with my son and I. Highly recommend Chophouse, I’ve only had good experiences here. I usually get my hair cut with Josh and he’s also great!

Issac has done my son’s hair since he was 3! He always does such an amazing job! I would recommend this place over and over again. Very welcoming, plenty of parking, easy to Make appointments, and they pay attention to detail!

My 4 year old son had his first ever haircut! Momma was more nervous than him. Adrian did an amazing job with him gave great advise for one clueless momma. He was patient and made sure my child felt comfortable. And my baby looks super cute

Mr. Joe Fox is the best! He gave my six year old son the best hair cut and he was so patient with us. We were both nervous about his first cut. Not only did Mr. Joe do an amazing job, but he made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend!!

Today was our first time at this barbershop. LJ did my son's hair and he did a phenomenal job!!! My son and I were extremely happy with the cut. We will definitely be back.
