I got my sons first haircut here. The stylist was super nice and patient. There was no wait time.

We were charged $22 for a 3-minute haircut for our 2-year-old son. We didn't think that was reasonable at all. Even a short men's haircut doesn't cost that much. We can't recommend it. We also feel cheated, because we felt the female hairdresser made up the price and made it extra high, because she figured out we were on vacation.

The sign outside actually says "Short Cuts". Friendly folks and clientele. Quality haircuts at a good price, and they keep the shop clean and comfortable.

Just what you would expect at a barber shop, chairs don't match and the place could use some touch up paint. But the people were nice and seemed to know all their regulars by name. The cut was not the best, don't go if you're looking for a great hair cut, and the cost is higher than a great clip or supercut.

Joe Lewis is one of the best at cutting hair. I've gone to several places over the years and he's extremely good.

Have been coming to Short Cuts for more than 15 years... moved west towards Sugarland about 6 years ago and still make the trip into Alvin to get my haircut when needed. This is the place to get a good haircut at a reasonable price. Whether you're new to the area or just looking for a new barber, Short Cuts is the answer.

Went in today and got my 8 year old sons hair cut. Requested a fade and to leave it long on top. Didn't get what I asked for at all, she cut so much off the top and then argued with me when I mentioned it. It's also not really a fade. She obviously doesn't like kids and was rude to my son. Didn't catch her name but she was an older lady with long curly brown hair and glasses.

They did a great job on my boys hair, somewhat slow, but over all great place. get there early to get in and out.

Great little place, it really does feel like a little town barber shop. Prices are average but they do good work. This is a cash only facility..not sure why just like to keep things simple I guess. As crazy as it sound I like the chairs. Go. You will see what I'm talking about.

Never going back. I have had my hair cut by 2 great people there however when my cut is the same as my son's cut and the lady on the right charges several dollars more nope not ever again. If you go there the guy behind the register on right and the lady at the end on the left do really good cuts and at a reasonable price and those two are awesome wish I could remember thier names.
