We have had nothing but great experiences. A particular shoutout to Osman and Oscar! Osman is so good with my toddler, who used to be very anxious getting his hair cut. Osman has always been very patient, kind, and accommodating. Now, my son is very comfortable with him and is excited to see Osman. Oscar has always done a great job cutting my husband’s hair, too! The whole staff is friendly, and joining the waitlist from home has always worked great for us with a minimal wait upon arrival.

I love the way they dress and the smell....reminds me of my grandfather. They are pricey but so worth it. They are all extremely nice and professional

Went in there for a nice clean haircut and came out regretting my decision. They did not follow my instructions once so ever. Would not recommend coming here.

Great place to get a cut. They accept walk ins or you can add yourself to the wait list. Always a good cut and is pretty fast.

I don’t trust ANYONE with my boyfriend’s hair. But he really needed a cut, so I brought him here. I’m never taking him anywhere else, he looks AMAZING! Staff was so friendly, we were in and out in half an hour. 100/10!

Here’s my last haircut compared to the haircut i got when i went here. Worst experience I've ever had at a barbershop, I asked for a low taper fade and that is not what I got. On top of that it hurt bad during the process because he didn’t wet my hair at all while using scissors, I requested a different barber before I paid and the new barber they gave me was very rude to me at first. The port royal location is good but this location is awful. I won’t be coming back ever and neither will my friends. I’m stuck wearing a hat for a few weeks. Funny story in the future but as of now I’m highly upset. I’m not sure how the first barber I got has a license but I hope he improves in the future.

(WARNING!!) get at your own risk you been warned do not sit in Soto chair he’s not experienced at all. He will give you a cut as if a toddler got a hold of scissors and cut it.. He will get you done in 10-15 mins he doesn’t take his time….. he don’t care if he took his time he wouldn’t be so bad. He rushes on top of that he will do a terrible job he can’t fade or cut. He isn’t worth the time. Had to go to a different barber to make it right. Definitely will not be coming back…

I have to say I honestly thought this was the best barber shop around. After today and the young lady at the front desk I’m not sure. I came in the door at 145 this afternoon and she said they close at 2. There was only 2 people waiting. She said haircuts take a while and there would not be enough time. If the shop closes at 2 then if I arrive before 2 then I should have been taken care of. There is no sign on the door or anywhere. Me and my two boys have been coming there for years. Today I realized this is not the shop it used to be. They make up rules. The sign on the door was lite up and said open. Oh well I I guess service has been deleted from customer service.

Our 4 year old needed a haircut before his Christmas program and his usual barber was out of town. I called the Luis Barber Belshire Village location and they told me to bring him in, no appointment needed. We arrived around noon and they were able to seat him right away. Roy did an incredible job with our son! He was patient and our son felt comfortable. Roy was quick and provided the exact cut we were wanting. From the time he started to the time we walked out the door was about 25 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Get service, great atmosphere, very clean shop! I honestly love everything about the barbers and the establish. Everyone is dressed to the finest! I have a family of 8. 6 are boys and I have found our new home for hair! Great job fellas. You all are the best.
