Jessica is the best, very professional and experienced in cutting. They have a great waiting room area inside and offer free beverages like coffee and beer while you wait. Everyone here is really good at their job and they do take walk ins

It's off the beaten path and had a good vibe when I entered. I guess that's worth the one star I'm forced to give since zero is not an option. Ol' boy sitting in his barber chair, too busy with his phone, looks in my general direction and says "sign in." I do so and sit. Twenty minutes later, as I'm beginning to think I'm invisible, two more employees show up. I was hoping one of them offer more than ol' boy's two-word poetry. Crickets. A group of three with appointments are seated. I'm thinking I should've made an appointment. I start to get up to ask ol' boy for an ETA. Another walk-in comes and is greeted immediately by one of the women who just finished with her customer. She greets walk-in #2, offers him a beverage and says a chair is about to open, so and he sits down. I too sit down, thinking a chair is about to open for one of us walk-ins. A couple more appointments show, and me and walk-in #2 are still waiting. I've been there about 45 minutes; he's been there about 15. Fed up with the complete lack of acknowledgement, I left. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing this place is typically on-point. Not this morning. Maybe the 4 women thought ol' boy was helping me. Nope, not ol' boy who's probably still preening for his next snap. Very disappointing experience at Scout's. This will be a last-resort kind of place for me.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Summer at Scout’s, and she’s genuinely one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. She listens, pays attention to the smallest details, and always gets my fade exactly how I want it. On top of that, she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience relaxing. You can tell she really cares about her craft and her clients. Highly recommend booking with Summer — you’ll walk out looking sharp every time! Summer needs to be promoted, she’s truly awesome!

First time at this shop and Sal did a great job. Such a nice guy really appreciated being welcome to town. It’s such a small world the guy at the front desk. His cousin from Indiana is friends with my daughters. Highly recommend this place.

I came to Scouts because Robin Dhand works here. He's a complete artist with world-class stylist skills. No matter the look I'm going for, Robin crushes it every time. A true hair savant.

I’ve been here in the past and had a great experience with a different hair dresser. However, my most recent experience with Robin Dhand was not good. To start, the station counter was not cleaned before I was sat and still had tools with the previous client’s hair. I had to ask him to clean and disinfect the tools before using them on my hair. They still had the previous guy’s hair fuzz on it and he just brushed it off only spraying Lysol on it after I asked for them to be cleaned instead of Barbicide. I got a long cut which should include a shampoo but I didn’t receive one, and at this point I did not want to prolong the experience and just paid and left. He did not wet my hair and just used an electric clipper and thinning shears on my long, dry hair. I want conclude by saying this was a poor experience by this hair dresser and not the location.

Never had a bad cut at any locations. They are always nice, easy to talk to, excellent vibe. They even offer you a nice water if you are into that kinda thing! They always seem to be able to squeeze you in too! Love scouts!

Emilie Doughty is the best haircut professional I have ever encountered. Some people just know how to cut your hair and don’t need you to explain how not to mess it up. I always tip her an amount that would make the total at least $50 because I remember all the horrible haircuts I’ve had that were a base price of $50. Sometimes you get someone who gets it right a couple times but then messes it up every other time. But she is super consistent and should be considered the highest tier of hair stylist at Scout’s.

This wasn’t even the location that I got this done at but this is the main location she works at I’m usually not one to leave a bad review, but I explained to to Tracie that I had a very important business meeting where I was meeting all the upper management for the first time and then I wanted just a tiny bit of length off the top and to wax my eyebrows and she took 2 inches off of my hair and literally ripped off a piece of my eye eyebrow and now in three days I have to go meet for the first time all of my upper management and I have a hole in my eyebrow and my hair has been chopped off completely nothing is even even Tracie should be fired
