First time customer at Scout’s, here. I went in yesterday, and got a great haircut from Jasmine. I told her what I was hoping for in a cut, and she gave me just that. The staff was friendly, and the haircut didn’t break the bank. I’m a happy customer . Thanks!

I haven't had much luck finding someone in Nashville I like to cut my hair for almost a year, but Trinity fixed all my problems. One of the best experiences I have ever had she was very personable and gave me a great cut!

A friend recently came across this shop and shared with me about how amazing Erin is! I was coming to Nashville to spend the weekend with my husband. It is definitely worth a 3 hour drive to have her do your hair! I gave her the freedom to do what she wanted and I am very pleased. She is an amazing sister in the faith that will encourage you! Very welcoming place ! Came here with my ✨queer✨partner and felt very safe and taken care of here. There are several different stylist, from all backgrounds and genders you can book with, very diverse selection. Very affordable as well! Impressed for a last minute find while out of town. I just got a haircut from Bunny and they were absolutely amazing. They listened to what I wanted and gave me the best V shaped fade I have gotten since moving here to Nashville. Definitely recommend Scouts and ask for Bunny if you want a sweet fade and great atmosphere!!!

Went here the other day. Faith Still was my stylist, they were awesome! So fun to talk to and did an amazing job with my cut. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing, they offer free beverages while you wait, and there is a huge selection of great products. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: The manager, Jessca, went above and beyond to better my experience. She was very nice and helpful. She not only refunded me for my bad experience, but she asked me to come back, free of charge. THAT is customer service. Hands down, the worst haircut I have ever received. Heather Fulbright was my stylist. Heather completely ignored the direction I gave her for what I wanted. Every haircut I get at Scout's usually ends with the straight razor on the neck. I had to request this from her. She then scraped my neck extremely hard, leaving me with razor burn. My neck the day after is pictured below. Nearly every time I come to Scouts, it is a hit or miss experience. Usually with the lower tier stylists. Even with the lower tier stylist, I am still paying nearly $40 dollars for a haircut with tip and receive a below average haircut. Very disappointed and upset with my experience.

A very friendly, warm environment. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My first time there and my hair was done exactly how I explained it. I love the fact that they use straight razor to clean you up. After my cut I wanted a wash. I was sat down and prepared for it but the water wasn't running. Apparently they had been working on it and had yet to be turned back on. Oh well... Also, my barber told the cashier to charge me for a Buzz Cut which is $15 but I ended up getting charged for a Short cut which was around $27. I didn't make a fuss, just paid and left. This place can be a bit expensive however, I definitely recommend it.
