POTTS!!! !!!

Total waste of time. I was told that the service I get at other locations would cost $20 more than I normally pay and that I was only allowed 10 minutes worth of time. I left and am never coming back to this location. Go to the one downtown- they’ll treat you better.

I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication experienced during your prior visits, however, when services booked online do not match the services which are being requested in the chair, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that any staff will provide them as free add-ons to clients. We strive to ensure our stylists are paid fairly and appropriately for their time and skill level, which is reflected in the pricing of each service type. This being said, we truly appreciate you taking the time to send us this information so we can make sure to keep clear and consistent messaging going forward, in order to better serve future clients who visit Scout's. I'm very particular about my hair, and few barbershops can nail my skin fade. I found Scout's last year and Karrie knocks it out of the park EVERY TIME! If you're looking for a quick, consistent and overall great experience check this place out (and book Karrie!)

Shana is the BEST hair artist in Nashville. She is so amazing and I always leave my appointment feeling confident and looking incredible. She is also so versatile. When I had short hair she was so precise with the clippers and I would leave with a killer fade. Now that I have long hair she is like a sculptor carving out amazing hairstyle one after the other. This go around I opted for a blend between a wolf cut and mullet and she rocked it out. It even looks better than my reference photos. I couldn't recommend her enough. * I also wanted to add that on top of being an amazing artist, she is also an amazing person. I love the back and forth during my cut. She is such a positive and uplifting person.

I’ve never been happy with any haircut I’ve ever gotten in my lifetime before meeting Alexandra. She was professional, kind, and also incredible at her job. I don’t typically leave reviews (good or bad), but given how impressed I was with my cut and my experience overall, it feels warranted to give her and the shop itself some well-deserved praise!

I recently got a haircut here! Let me tell you it was my second time there and I loved it! My hairstylist Alexander was amazing. He was very professional and engaging. The facilities were neat, clean and inviting. I enjoyed getting my hair done and definitely will continue to come back and request Alexander again.

Renee did my hair! and did an AMAZING job! i’ve had black box dye on my hair for about 5 years, which is every hairdressers worst nightmare lol. i wanted blonde highlights in my hair which can be hard with box dye and usually would fry your hair, but she made it happen and still kept my hair healthy. she not only did a good job but she made me feel so beautiful and confident. i definitely recommend her if your looking for a new style :).

For years my mom has cut my hair... recently I needed a quick clean up and was not able to travel home to see my mom. My friend Cheyenne recommended Renee and all I can say is I will definitely see her again! Thanks for taking the time to make me feel comfortable and giving me the cut I asked for..c u soon..

My daughter got her hair done by Renee! She is absolutely amazing and a very sweet lady. You will not be disappointed! I took my daughter prior to a new salon in Mt.Juliet they were way over priced $250 plus tip and you could barely tell that it had been colored or cut so yes me and my daughter were very disappointed. A friend of mine told me to go see her stylist Renee and we did not regret it🩵 she did exactly what my daughter was asking for and I just can’t say enough great things about her. If you are looking for an amazing stylist male or female then I suggest going to her! She is very reasonable and made my daughter feel beautiful and that is priceless🙏Thank you so much Renee we will see you again soon!

I've been getting my hair cut from Sydney for a couple of years. She is great about remembering my preferences. Overall the staff and atmosphere are welcoming.

I’m pretty late on this review. Whatever lady was working April 1 2025 and serviced my husband Travis around 10-11am (I don’t have her name unfortunately) needs some serious guidance or retraining. He went in for a trim/fade and left with this. We spent the rest, most part of his day off, looking for a place/someone to fix it. If you’re bad at something, get better or quit.
