Felt like I was at home! My hair came back to life - while I came in for a balayage originally we ended up getting my hair back to health first and did a detox to my hair and WOW! What a difference! My hair finally has volume and feels SO healthy - it’s been a week since I have came in and even with washing and all my hair still looks like I just got it done! My friends and family all noticed the difference in my hair health. I cannot wait to come back again next month! Highly recommend! 12/10

Daniel is not just charismatic, friendly, and fun, he is also an absolute technical master. Very pleased with my haircut today, but especially grateful for his advice tailored to my specific hair type and concerns! His experience and professionalism was quite impressive. Will definitely be back!

I needed a cut that would help give my fine straight hair as much volume as possible and was easy to maintain. Kathy immediately knew exactly what would work for my hair type and I love the way it looks and feels now! Highly recommend her and this salon.

Devin is the most amazing hair stylist I have ever had. I was new to Nashville and from my first appointment he made me feel so comfortable. I have to say hands down he’s the best hair stylist I have EVER had. My hair has never looked better. I was so lucky to find this salon and Devin is a gem! I highly recommend him for cut, color, balayage and the best personality. You will not be disappointed! I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I got a cut by Kristine. I brought a photo which we looked at together and talked about. Very often a stylist has taken a quick look at a photo and grabbed for the scissors to start working but this conversation was a pleasant and refreshing experience. I was asked about how much time I spend styling my hair each day and what kind of product I tended to use. By the time she began cutting I had confidence that she knew what was going to work well for me. And Kristine delivered. Besides the cut, she was friendly and very enjoyable to talk to. Great experience all around.

My girlfriend had the worst experience ever. She went in for a high-lite and a cut. The operator Devon didn't know what he was doing.. fried portions of her hair off, turned it green and some parts orange. During the next few weeks her hair continued to break off. The whole experience was so bad, another stylist at the salon, stepped in and attempted to salvage her hair but my girlfriend was told that she needed to let her hair grow out and become healthy again before anything could be done with it. I couldn't believe they charged her almost $200 to damage her hair and act like all of that was okay. We spent over $200 in professional products over the next few months trying to revitalize her hair. Then another $200 to another salon to straighten it out. They said we should have sued them. 5 months later it's just to the point of being healthy and vibrant again. A huge insult came from the manager when she offered to sell their product line to repair her hair at a 10% discount. Really? Perhaps it was just the one operator, but frankly I wouldn't take my dog to get groomed there. Needless to say she was devastated.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was pleasant and Emily made me like I had been a long time customer. Lauren was my stylist and she knows her stuff! She helped me see what process I would need to go through to get the look I wanted. She has a great personality and I enjoyed working with her. Did I mention my daughter also is her client? Great experience and will definitely will be back.

I just moved here from Oregon where I had an awesome stylist doing my hair for the past 6 years. I knew I had a task trying to find my new hair person. I have short curly hair so it always takes me time to find the right person. My first appointment at Elemont was awesome! The salon has a fun atmosphere on 12 South and LC (my new stylist) is perfect for me. She listens to what I need and makes suggestions on what she thinks would work for me! I totally recommend Element as well as LC! You wont be disappointed!

What an amazing experience I had at 12 South element salon. I came in and was greeted by a friendly smiling face, offered something to drink and then given a coupon, hair treatment and mint in a cute little bag with a print out of element salon locations, numbers and services. My stylist, Harlow, was amazing. She looked at pictures I brought, talked about my hair issues (I have naturally curly, wild hair) and color. She really listened because she gave me an excellent haircut exactly as we discussed and described before hand and my color was a right-on match. I made another appointment to see Harlow in 6 weeks. This appointment was such a treat as everyone was so friendly and talkative. It was an enjoyable, relaxing experience, such a treat during a crazy, stressful time in my life. We are only here in Nashville for a few months due to some health issues my husband is having and being treated at Vanderbilt, but Harlow invested time in me anyway, even though she knew I was a "temporary" client. That means something!!! I would highly recommend Harlow; she did a great job on my hair and provided a special treat for me during my time in Nashville. Thanks so much; I appreciate it!!!! I honestly cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have found this salon and, specifically, Daniel. He has been cutting my hair for over a year now, and I’ve never enjoyed a salon experience more than I do with him. He is not only an incredibly talented hair stylist who often knows what I want better than I do, but he is a truly wonderful person. Every time I have my hair cut with Daniel, I feel like I’ve been spending my time with family. Do not miss out if you live in the area!
