I’ve been a repeat customer for over 20 years. Love the laid back atmosphere, their faith, their humor, and their expertise. They are definitely professionals and know what they’re doing. I’m not an easy customer and fairly demanding. They take care of me each and every time. Customer for life.

Chad did an incredible job with this haircut. I walked in with two different pictures and a complex set of instructions on how I needed him to blend the two ideas into one fine haircut. As sketchy as my instructions were, Chad was able to comprehend my algorithm and deliver exactly what I had envisioned. The wife even liked it. I will be back.

Stuart is THE MAN. He was my barber at a different location and when he came here I followed! He listens and remembers how to cut my style and has great judgment of what looks good

Stuart’s been my barber for 6 months. Fantastic barber and a better person. Always enjoy every time I go see him to get cut. Definitely should stop in and see him when needing a trim!

I followed Stuart over from another location. Always appreciate the conversation and a great haircut and beard trim every time! And love this location. Easy to get to and from off the interstate and just a good no extra BS barbershop at a fair price. Would recommend Stuart and this shop to anyone!

Great place. Really enjoy it--and it has the same look and furnishings from the original. Nice, highly qualified barbers. Clean, easy parking, convenient, and affordable. Cash only. -- Oh, and for all you goldilocks "men" out there smoking these master barbers with 1-star reviews because your hairdo is not perfect, dry your tears and go to a salon where they do other women.

I went in yesterday and got a cut and beard trim, an older guy did it, he really screwed it up bad, he was shaking and when I looked at it, it was uneven, some hail wasn’t even cut, my beard wasn’t even, and I even gave him a tip because I felt So bad for Him, I was taught to respect my Elders so I didn’t say anything bad to him, I ended up going to sports clips and they got it all done good, just the way I wanted it, the cut and beard trim after going to another barber to fix it, cost me A total of 100.00. I would NEVER go Back there again or recommend it to anybody!!!!

Belle Meade Barber Shop has been my choice for looking great for the past 3 years. I’ve had haircuts from all the guys. Chad is my go-to guy. Friendly, professional service at $20 plus tip can’t be beat.

I got my haircut here 4 or 5 times a couple years ago. But I could never get them to cut it short enough. I stopped going to them for a long time because they wouldn't listen. So I've been getting my haircut at another place for awhile and have been very happy with the cut but I needed one last minute today and they had no openings so reluctantly I gave Belle Mead Barber shop one more chance. Before I went I called and asked them if they could do a "bald fade". The guy on the phone laughed and said sure he can do it just come on by. So I got there and asked him again because his laugh made me wonder if he knew what I was talking about. He said he laughed because "...only black people call it a bald fade. White people call it a taper or just plain fade." (I'm white) I didn't care much for his racism or his attitude but I figured at least he could do the cut. So while he was cutting away I was explaining why I call it a "bald" fade instead of just a "fade" and how if I don't call it that then barbers will never cut the fade short enough (bald=down to the skin how I like it). So after explaining in great detail what I wanted he gets done and hands me a mirror. I took one look and said "this isn't a bald fade" at which point he started arguing that it was. While his father (the owner) chimed in to tell me this is what they call a bald fade. I had to actually explain to them that "Bald doesn't mean short. Bald means BALD. As in down to the skin like with a razor." He then said "well we don't do that here." And charged me $18 for the haircut. What kind of BS barber shop is this. Racist, arrogant, dishonest, and will never get this customers business again.
