I didn't feel welcome. I sat for 20 minutes while one barber just sat in his chair. Then another walk-in came in, and the free barber took him right away. I'm not usually one to notice race, but I think in this case I might have been discriminated against. Disappointed that this was so blatant. Response to owner: Thank you for confirming my suspicion. I've been going to barbershops for 40+ years. Never have I heard a barber, which is defined as one who cuts men's hair. Say I have a difficult cut. Just for those reading, my cut is number 4 on the sides, faded to a two-finger spike. Which takes about 5 minutes, maybe to perform. I'd say my hair is the easiest to cut. I stand by my statement that I was discriminated against. It is the business's job to communicate; if this so-called barber couldn't perform the most basic cut, he should have communicated to me as he was taking another walk-in. Nonetheless, note to future customers, if you have difficult cuts like mine, you may want to take your business elsewhere.

There were 3 barbers in the shop. Two barbers who are skilled to cut your type of hair told you they would be right with you once they finished their current clients. The walk in that came in after you was a cut that barber third barber was skilled in. <br>Had you been completely ignored or got a jacked up cut I could understand this review. You made assumptions and walked out without communicating. <br>Had you asked more questions or waited you would have received an excellent cut and customer service as you can see from all the other reviews. We are a multi-ethnic shop and we DO NOT discriminate at all. Based upon your user name you are in business and should understand that communication is key and they did communicate. YOU didn’t listen.

Very clean and nice environment. Not too big or overwhelming. Barbers are nice, and always make sure they have all the information about what you want. I have never been anything less than happy about the results!

During the time of searching for a new barber for my boys, we struggled to find one that truly worked for us. We stopped in for a quick walk-in and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was professional and on point. We’ll definitely be back.

James was able to work me in at the last minute. Everyone in the shop are extremely courteous and professional. James does excellent work and takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend going to Stars when you need a haircut!
