One of the most amazing shops that I have been to. I have had the pleasure of having Austin in the back right chair as my barber for 8+ years. All four of my boys and my father gets the hair cut there aswell. For men of all ages this is one of the best experiences you can have at a barber shop. One of the most humbling things about the shop and Austin is the ability to interact with kids gain there trust and joke with the adults like everyone is family. Austin and the entire crew are just down right amazing. P.S. Maddison aka "Karen" just because u cut hair doesn't make you right!!

my family and i have been going here for YEARS now, i’ve lost count for exactly how long. we always try and see austin if we can, he’s never given us any issues and makes sure we’re satisfied with every inch of the cut before he even lets us up outta the chair 😂 you can have a great conversation with him the entire time you’re in his chair, he’ll definitely make you laugh, make sure you’re comfortable, all that. just hands down best barber, and best barber shop i’ve been to. only complaint i have, that’s not really a complaint might i add, is that i don’t think i’ll ever be able to get my hair cut by anyone else again lol 😂

Austin is hands down the best barber I've had. I've been going to him for going on 10 years now and he is always not only a joy. But he's quick, such a fun environment, and knows exactly what to do without me saying a word. Don't trust any negative reviews. This place is a hidden gem and if you're hungry, there's a jersey Mike's right next door.

Had a great first time here so recommend my best friend to bring her son here, from the moment we walked in it seemed like we were an inconvenience. The man in the back right chair waived us to come on, we explained and showed pictures of a burst fade and he was automatically defensive and rude saying “it won’t look just like that”. I said okay well we would like it to look as close to the picture as possible. He proceeds with the haircut while us adults sat In the waiting area zone, he called us over to see the finished product and his mom explained that She wanted a bit more taken off the front and the back as he has a natural “rat tail” and it wasn’t touched at this point. Only the sides I’ve been faded. He says OK so we’re changing the haircut, and I’m like “no, we just want it a bit shorter in the front and back”. And he consistently keeps saying “so we are changing the haircut” “I did what was in the pictures” “UGH”, He takes his thinning sheers and barely does anything to change what we asked and removes the cape and motions my friends little boy to get up and then goes and takes his next customer. I am a hairdresser myself and have been for the past 11 years and I would never treat one of my clients like this, And if I did, I definitely would not have returning clients like I do. I bring these boys to the barbershop so they can have a nice male experience And be treated like the little men that they are, but the disrespect and inconvenience and unprofessionalism from this barbershop I can guarantee I will never be back nor will I recommend anyone to this barbershop again I’m completely embarrassed in the first place that I even did bring someone to this environment.

Carlos at NextGen Barbershop is truly exceptional. His work is consistently clean, precise, and done with an incredible level of care and attention to detail. What really sets him apart is his technique—especially with a razor. He’s unbelievably gentle. I’ve never had razor burn, never had a cut or scrape, and I always walk out comfortable and confident in the result. That kind of consistency and skill is rare. It’s clear Carlos takes real pride in his craft. He’s focused, professional, and extremely talented at what he does. If you’re looking for a barber who treats every cut with intention and respect for the client, Carlos is the one. I can’t recommend Carlos at NextGen Barbershop enough. Once you book with him, you’ll understand why people don’t go anywhere else.

This place right here guys is the place to get a stellar and very much appreciated hair cut. If your tired of getting your haircut and some average Joe barbershop and want to walk not only in feeling welcome you will walk out feeling confident. I went in for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised with how great this shop is. I was in and out in no time. The staff was very friendly and seemed passionate about what they were doing. I also really loved the atmosphere and decor of the shop. I will definitely be coming back.

My kid had Elliot cut his hair. He told me that it was the best haircut he thinks he’s ever had and I have took him all over to different barbers and haircut places this guy just seems to know what he’s doing and what is the trend and we just thank you so much. You did a great job!!!

One of the stylists - Christina, maybe? Gave me the best haircut of my life. Took me as a walk in within 20 minutes and made excellent conversation. Another stylist ran out to my car in the rain to hand me my personal effects that I had mistakenly left in the shop. EXCELLENT service and experienced professionals at a very reasonable price. Please support this gem of a local business!!
