So thankful my best friend told me about this place. For a very introverted 14 year old boy who had only had trims at home, and very nervous about cutting most of his hair so he could better take care of it, Lindsey was PERFECT!!!!!! She cut & styled literally exactly what he showed her and he is so happy. Place has such a positive vibe & amazing barbers. Treated us like family on our very first visit! AND they don’t charge a ridiculous amount for a cut. So going back and hoping they are always there! Thanks you guys! Y’all were a blessing today!

I've been looking for a new barbershop for a while, and I've finally found it here at Drakes Barber Shop. As soon as I walked in, I was pretty sure I had found it, with its old-school feel. I sat down, and Jason Rigney gave me a haircut. It was perfect. He finished with a nice, hot lather neck shave. Everything I was looking for in a barbershop experience. I enjoyed talking with him. I definitely will be back.

Lindsey is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I cannot say enough about her and our experience. I took my 15 y/o son there after LOTS of research and reading tons of review from other places. My son has longer hair, couple inches below shoulders. His last haircut was extremely traumatizing (NOT at Drake’s) and although he wanted a cut for weeks, his previous experience as so negative that it took lots of encouragement to try again. The moment we walked in, I think Lindsey felt our apprehension. She LISTENED to what my son wanted (sounds simple but so rare in that industry) and talked through EVERY cut. Explaining why she thinks it should be a certain length or where she should layer it and why. She did not rush, took her time and INCLUDED him in the process. She was so patient and understood a 15 y/o world and perspective. She clearly keeps up on the latest trends because she knew exactly what to do to get the cut & style my son was looking for. We came a little early (intentionally) to see if we could get a sense of her skills and watched as she transformed the prior clients hair/style (lucky for us he had longer hair too!!). I promised my son we could leave if he felt like she didn’t know what she was doing based upon observation with earlier client. Needless to say, we stayed and left there with smiles on our faces (previous experience my son left in tears)! We WILL be back! The reviews said Lindsey specializes in longer hair, that was definitely our experience. If your son has longer hair, wants a current style, is apprehensive, and is willing to try a REAL professional, then Drake’s is the place to go (ask for Lindsey). You will NOT be disappointed.

I took my kids here they do amazing staff is the best there’s an adorable dog my sons love him it was a very pleasant experience They did an amazing job every time my boys are due for a haircut. I take them here will 100% come back. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Great people and great service! I've been coming here for a haircut for over 2 years now, and have been very satisfied. It is better to take an appointment though it is not required. They will try to accommodate you as best as possible if you just walk in, but sometimes it gets busy and it will be a tight squeeze. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had bad barbers, I’ve had good barbers. But the best I’ve seen so far are at drake’s. Cody is my go-to, he does an excellent job every time. Lindsey is also very good, I’d say her and Cody are on par with each other. Jason, the owner, is a great guy and his dog Vader is super chill. Im glad I found this place. I haven’t had a bad haircut in years.

I took my two boys here last week. Lindsey was super friendly and welcoming! She helped make my boys feel comfortable, and didn't do anything that made them upset. She listened to what I wanted, liked, didn't like, and did her best to give them a cut I would love. She was super professional and super kind. They had a few toys for the boys to play with while one was in the chair and she let them pick a sucker when we left. They really had a great/positive first experience at the barber and I plan on returning. The cost was reasonable and I appreciate her being flexible and respectful of my time!

Everyone at Drake’s Barbershop made us feel welcome and were great to speak with. One gentlemen said he’d prefer Lindsey West to work with my son’s hair since it was a big cut for such long, thick, curly hair; we greatly appreciate his honesty. Lindsey did a great job and gave my son exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend this place for anyone, you won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely love Drake’s barbershop! Jason and Lindsay are both amazing individuals! Lindsay does great with cutting my boys hair and Jason did a great job on my husband’s hair!! They also have a little Jeep and toys for the kiddos. If you go there, you might even get a chance to meet Jason precious Vader(Black lab), who brings the fun to any hair cut. 😎
