I had a terrible experience at this barber shop. The barber spent a maximum of 2-3 minutes cutting my hair, not even seeming to take their time at all. They appeared to be in a rush due to ongoing renovations. Despite confirming that I didn’t want all of my hair chopped off, they went ahead and chopped it all off anyway! To top it off, they charged me $25 for this hack job. I would have preferred if they had told me to come back another time rather than rushing and not taking the time to give me a proper haircut. I do not recommend this place at all.

Nikki cut my hair. She did a great job. My wife usually cuts my hair. After thar experience, Nikki might be my new barber. She don't tell my wife. Thanks, Nikki. You're a true professional.

I was recommended this place by a friend when I told him I was looking for a barber after being new to the area. It was my first time getting a haircut here in Lebanon and it did not go well. I went in asking for a 1 to 2 fade and medium length on the top. My barber then proceeded to tell me the fade I wanted was "too short," and he cut it as he pleased. He cut my hair to a 3 1/2, and gave me short on top. No fade, no length or style to work with on top of my head. $30 for a haircut I am very displeased with and I was informed after my haircut, that it is cash only and took all of 10 minutes. I would not recommend if you are looking for a stylist that will work with what you want/prefer in regard to your hair. I left feeling dissatisfied and lacking confidence in my new haircut.

Wouldn’t recommend. The entire experience was off. Booked a cut and a hot shave to treat myself, thought with two master barbers on staff it would be a real legit experience. Booking wasn’t accepted due to what I can assume was a lunch rush, ended up being a quick clip job almost two hours later, didn’t really WANT to give me a fade but reluctantly agreed and did not get a hot shave, just a standard. At the end, was told it was cash only so I had to go to an ATM and come back. Two stars because the cut itself doesn’t look bad, just no attention to detail or customer service. The cash thing still doesn’t sit well. Should be posted online and at the shop. Probably just getting around taxes, card fees, and owners cut but that’s just an assumption.

Have tried numerous salons and stylists with disappointing results. Decided it was time to use a barber shop instead. Scheduled my appointment with Jules and was extremely pleased with the results. She nailed it. Gave me the exact style I have be searching for. She is a gem! Will not go anywhere else.

Best barber shop within 25 miles of Lebanon. I've been going here on and off for 7 years, had my haircut by 4 different people and I've never had a single issue. Staff is friendly, good with kids, and always do a great job. They have walk-ins, but I'd recommend setting up an appointment by phone so you don't have to wait. Heck, your barber will probably give you their phone number so you can text them and set up appointments. Great place, and I always recommend it.

My guy really liked Jewelz. She did a good job of shaping and cutting his hair. She asked questions and made sure he was happy before she cut too much. It's obvious that Jewelz really cares about her clients. We will return!

Travis is the best!! Always gets us in when it’s convenient for us! Handles a moving 2 yr old with ease and the cut is always fabulous!

Went in for the first time today and saw Logan. He did an absolutely fantastic job, was punctual, professional, and friendly. So much better than your average chain barber shop. They've earned a lifetime customer in me and I couldn't recommend them more.

Being prior service if that comes up in conversation anywhere I usually leave with an overpriced buzz cut.. This place is totally different! It's locally owned, the staff know myself and family by name and are always friendly. lastly I've had my hair cut by everyone that works here and I have yet to leave with a bad cut. I must say Thomas is my go to, but they all do great work to say the least!
