It all started when I booked cut on a Saturday. I always arrive 30m before the appointment. I come in, barbers sre occupied, fair. Nobody in front desk, so I decide to sit down and wait for my appointment. It starts getting late and I notice nobody shows up for my appointment. Turns out Barber called sick. Sure No Problem. So they schedule me for another day, I come in again, wait 30m, Im told he called out sick again. No phone calls, or voicemails informing me, I try to be patient, and I let them know they can schedule me for the next available date. I got rescheduled on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I got rescheduled 5 times! Im over here, arriving diligently and waiting 30m for the appointment for the fifth time like a dumbass. The barbers there know I've been rescheduled a lot of times. I ask them "hey Ive been rescheduled plenty of times do you maybe have someone else who could take care of me?" They respond "No sorry they are all booked" In my head im thinking, well I too am supposed to be under your bookings. I'd expect them to say "Hey I see youve been booked numerous times and we've had you waiting,, if you like I can do your hair cut, what would you like?" But noooo, perhaps im being too idealistic, of course they wouldnt say that. All of those times theyve kept me there waiting in the chair to only tell me they cant after its late past the appointment time. They say "You should've received a call or voicemail" Come on guys, who are you kidding? Deep down ya'll know you never called me. Ive got no incoming calls nor voicemails from any of you. Here I am exiting from yet again another re-booking. Surely if my original barber has called out sick this many different days, you've all probably ought to know he wont be here ahead of time and not to schedule him more appointments until he comes back. But ya'll keep acting like he's gonna be available at the next date. Like I said I tried to be patient, but wouldve liked for the barbers there to be more understanding in acknowledging Ive been rescheduled numerous times, and for one of them to assist me out of courtesy for this experience. But thats too much to expect.

My regular barber was booked for days and closed on Sunday, so I started calling around. This was the only place that could fit me in, and I’m really glad they did. Chase was fantastic. Super professional, great attention to detail, and the cut was exactly what I wanted. I’ll absolutely be coming back and making this my new go-to spot.

Today’s cut was smooth, chill, and detailed. Cassidy is always a professional, with a wonderful chair-side demeanor. I was greeted by other stylists and they were also as welcoming. Love this location!

New to the area and went here thinking it’ll be an actual barbershop, but it’s literally great clips. Asked for a fade and got one of the worst ones I’ve ever seen. The top of my hair was not cut properly at all and on top of that I was being sold a haircut package the entire time. Mind you, this is before the haircut is finished. Worst part is the haircut is $45. Come on. I will be telling my friends to avoid this place & will not be back. If the owner sees this I would really appreciate a refund (tip can be kept bc that is just my usual)

My experience going to Uncle Classic Barbershop in Cool Springs and being attended to by my stylst Melissa has been consistently excellent! The location is convenient and the facility always impeccably clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly with a nice vibe Most importantly, Melissa is very professional, has great technical skills and easy to consult with relative to my requests. She listens carefully and also ensures she is meeting my specific requests for a scissors haircut by asking questions and confirming her understanding I highly recommend this establishment

Yikes, been here a few times its pretty good. Called today to see if they had room for a walk in and Chase completely missed the mark. Instead of answering the very simple can you take a walk in today im in cool springs already. It turned into a pretentious lecture by him on how the appointment system works and how barbers can deny the appointment if im late. I told him this is not what I asked I asked a simple question to which the lip service began from him. You're a barbershop, walkins are very much a part of the business model. I understand you prefer appointments but when I've been getting my haircut on an appointment I've watched walkins come in and get serviced immediately without all the attitude Chase gave today. This isn't a doctor's office, its not chemotherapy or an MRI im looking for we don't need weeks of planning for this. I'm calling to ask can I be seen today if I come in, you're two options for answering are a yes or a no. Chase opted to climb to the top of the hill and puff his chest to assert his authority Cartman style. That's when I hung up, no haircut is worth that.

Texas is the BEST!! The whole crew over at Uncle Classic in Franklin / Cool Springs are all so amazing! I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get a great cut and amazing experience! 5 stars all the way

Our experience at Uncle is always solid. Marina was awesome! She took the time to get to know my son, Larry, and the style we were going for. She delivered a VIP experience complete with a wash and a hot towel. Larry felt like a king for the day! Thanks, Uncle!

Took my 10 year old here, after looking online and seeing the kids cut advertising online for $25 I asked if he wanted to give it a shot and he got excited. However after booking the appointment it said total due in shop would be $45. He was too excited for me to cancel the appointment. His hair looks great and the barber was knowledgeable and talented, I tipped on top of the cost bringing the cut to $55. Unfortunately as a single mama this is just too expensive, however now I know and I can plan accordingly should we go back which he was so pleased with his hair I can’t see us not going back. I just feel like there should be more transparency on the fact that it was almost double the cost of what was advertised

The next time your son needs a cut I hope you will give us another shot - we have barbers at a variety of price levels to meet your budget, and we offer additional savings with packages.
