Love the vibe of this place! I took my 11 year old son for a haircut. We waited 10-15 minutes as a walk-in, which was easy since it’s at the mall and they texted me at our appointment time. The barber listened to what he wanted and did a great job, taking his time to get it right. It’s a classic kind of barber shop and the barbers dress so sharp! It far exceeded my expectations of getting a haircut at the mall. Price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommend!

Waited 1.5 hours, but I get that. Things get busy. Once I was called to a barber chair, I watched my designated barber trim his own beard for about 5 minutes, saying ‘me first’. Half way through the cut, he left for about 10 more minutes doing who knows. 2 hours later, with several nicks from carelessness, I walked about with a somewhat presentable haircut.

Grеat еxpеriеncе from thе momеnt you walk through thе door to thе momеnt you lеavе. Mario was amazing, from thе second you sit in thе chair, you can tеll hе carеs about thе dеtails. No chеap plastic nеck wraps еithеr, hе usеs a premium cloth which was a rеally nicе touch. Hе got my hair еxactly how I wantеd it, and I lеft with a grеat nеw product as wеll. On timе, profеssional, and dеfinitеly worth it. 10/10 would rеcommеnd.

My husband went to the Coolsprings location. Alex did an amazing job on his hair, and triming his beard. He took his time and didn't rush through it. Would highly recommend him!

Believe his name was Alex. Spoke like no English so I asked for an inch off the top and got at least 2. Haircut was not what I asked for and he was grabbing my hair so hard and being super rough the entire time. Place was friendly overall though

Happened to be in the mall one day, needed a cut but wasn’t sure they could do the job. My barber in hendersonville, does amazing work.. .. but I watched Ben cut the Mall Security Guard’s hair, he was very very professional, I watched and I was impressed, impressed enough to let young Miguel cut my hair ..I have been extremely pleased with my service. Note : I’m now a repeat customer. Very good service ..Miguel does great work.

I’ve been needing to find a more affordable option for maintaining my short haircut, and was pleasantly surprised they do women’s hair here as well. My husband and baby boy get their haircut here, I thought to give it a try. I was so pleased with the cut, and have received lots of compliments on it. Best of all, it was the most affordable and best cut I’ve ever gotten! I highly recommend Miguel for women’s cuts and Victor for your kids cuts! Our 15 month old just got his baby curls cut for the first time and loved his experience too — he felt like a big boy in the classic car chair and even got a special certificate they awarded him after! This will be our entire family’s barbershop now, convenient and affordable! 💈♥️💇🏻‍♂️💇🏻‍♀️

We have been traveling an hour for several months to get my sons haircut here and for the most part they have done a good job. Today on the other hand was awful. My instructions were use a 3 guard on the sides and take an inch an half off the top. The guy thinned my sons hair to the extreme and game him a whole new set of side burns that are completely uneven. Tony tried to help the best he could. Even with the issues, I still paid full price for the cut and I even left a tip.Thankfully hair grows back but I can’t promise we will continue to come back after this one.
