Way overpriced at 37 bucks for a mens trim!! I received a decent cut, but I can pay 20 for that cut somewhere else...Go out a little further away from Franklin to pay regular prices...

This is the owner. I was not there when you were there getting your haircut even though in the service area it says you got a eyebrow trim so I’m a little confused if you got your eyebrows trimmed or a haircut, but we are not a franchise company that charges $20. Every barber in the shop is licensed and has been doing hair for quite a while. I wish you would’ve addressed the issue with your haircut while you were there instead of coming back to Google and complaining there if you wanted to pay $20 maybe try a great clips we are very competitive in our pricing. I’m glad you at least got a decent haircut.

I want to champion local businesses, I gave them 3 shots to get it right and it was inconsistent at best. I got a head shave and a beard trim, each time it was different and each time I had to clean up the lines and redo the trim. To be honest, the last 2 times I felt like I was rushed through so they could get to their regular clients. I hope this review helps them review their processes.

Actually reviews like this dont help a business But let me start by saying you say you have been in 3 times yet you haven’t once addressed a complaint at the shop so we could have solved any concerns you had.<br>That would have been most helpful to the barber and the business <br>We dont hurry new clients to get to “our regulars” yet after your first visit and coming back for a 2nd and 3rd time we would consider you a “regular” however we would have loved the opportunity to make it right And lastly We do hope you find “The Perfect” barber to suit your needs Have a Great Day

Just took my 3 year old son for another hair cut! Angie does amazing everytime! It's a drive for me but so worth it!!!

Pros: really nice environment and the kids area is sep up really well so I would still be temped to try it again for my kids. Con: my haircut was uneven, I don’t feel like my request was listened to well as if the details went out the door in place of a generic cut, I had a tuft left on my sideburns that needed addressed at home and my wife had to clean up my hair line/neck hair.

Absolutely the most horrible haircut ever. Never going back not only a waste of money on how uneven his haircut is, but I had to throw away his clothes because she did not cover him at all. He was completely covered in hair. I had to take him out and his socks and a jacket.Do not recommend and if you go take your kid in ugly clothes, so you can throw it away because she did not cover him nor did she offered to clean him off.

I apologize you had that experience at this shop. I wish you would have addressed the issue before you left the shop. I spoke with the barber that cut his hair. She did tell me that she put the fireman jacket cape on him while he’s sitting in the fire truck after completing the haircut she was going to use the blower that we use to get the hair off of clothes on him, but she said you instantly took him out of the cutting chair and took his pants off and threw them away before she had a chance to say where we know we can’t please everyone to clean them off<br>we always try to clean off as much hair off of clothes as we can we have no intentions of having you leave their covered in hair nor throwing the clothes away<br>Again, I wish you would have addressed the issue before you left so I could’ve made it correct<br>we want everyone’s experience here to be the best Where we know we can’t please everyone at least want to try to do our best<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>

Read the reviews. Sounded great. I had to wait 10 minutes for the barber to finish his conversation with some guy about weight lifting. There was old hair under the chair, the barber dropped the comb, picked it up off the floor and kept combing. Never asked how I wanted my hair cut, worked for ten minutes and stuck a mirror in my face. I asked for a shorter cut, he obliged. When he finished, I looked like a famous person. Unfortunately, that person is James Earl Ray (his prison mug shot) lol.

Jon sorry your expectations were not met. As you mentioned you read our reviews which brought you in. I'm not sure what exactly all went wrong but as the owner I wish you would have reached out to me so I had a chance to make things right instead of giving my business a less than 5 star review. I've been in business since 2006 and my goal is to Try and make everyone happy with what we do. As I understand it's impossible to make Everyone happy Id love the opportunity to make it right before being blasted as not doing that. I have spoke to my barber about your experience and he doesn't quite remember you as he had no complaints prior to your review as I would assume you would have let him know the haircut was not as you ask. My shop is a very clean shop and We nor He Never uses a drop comb from the floor! If you truly saw him do that I highly doubt you would have sat in his chair<br>Again sorry you weren't happy with your experience

Went here for the first time yesterday after many years of going to Great Clips. Walked in, and my first impression was, "Wow! This place is cool! Looks like you could just hang out here." They've really gone to great lengths on the interior design and aesthetic of the place, and it shows. Within seconds, Andrew took me over to the chair. I was thinking about how I'd like to take my two sons here next time I come. I think they'd like it, too. Andrew did a GREAT job. Best haircut I've had in years, if not decades. I actually had just trimmed my beard before going, forgetting that it is a full-service barber shop. Next time I'll let them do it! It was definitely more expensive than Great Clips, but they say right on their wall, "Good haircuts aren't cheap". You DO get what you pay for, after all. I loved the experience and am a convert. I also love supporting local businesses. Highly recommend this place to any men and boys in the Franklin area!

Angie is amazing!! Our boys love her! She gives the best haircuts because she actually takes time to listen to our teenage boys and deliver exactly what they expect with a haircut! She is so sweet and thoughtful! Thank you for always welcoming us! You have to check this place out!

Took my son go here for a cut and he got a top notch haircut. Angie, the barber/owner, did a fantastic job! She also does children’s cut. Very nice atmosphere and highly recommend. It is walk-in only, so make sure to sign in when you get there.
