Online says open and walk inside welcome...got here and they were closed so I called and was told appointments only 🤣🤣🤣🤣 don't waste your time

Shawna is one of the best barber's in Nashville. I have been to Nwani's when it was still around and numerous others. Currently, I live in NYC and have the opportunity to visit some of the best shops in the world, she is still at the front of the industry. Very kind woman with an amazing story. God bless.

When I first moved to Tennessee it was hard to find a good barber. Met Shawna through a friend & instantly she made a huge impression. Her shop is always clean, always has good music and her haircut are ALWAYS great. I’m now going on year 4 with her and haven’t looked back. Would highly recommend.

Love this place! When I moved here in 2017, I struggled to find a barber who could cater to my needs and provide the perfect haircut, but all of that changed when I met Shawna at "Hats Off". Last minute hair cut needed. With googles help, lol, we found this nice spot. Shawna is super cool. My son needed his hair cut and she did just that and more. She listens and cares about what you want. Thank you. Highly recommend. Good vibes and good music.

Shawna is the best barber in Nashville hands down. She is prompt, quick, clean and affordable priced. She will get you right! Everyone from my husband, down to my 3 year old loves visiting her shop and getting their hair cut!

If you’re looking for the best local barber shop to go to, Hats off is definitely the place to go. Great rates with the greatest barber, Ms. Shawna will cut your hair to perfection in a relaxing atmosphere filled with music. If you want conversation, Ms. Shawna is great to talk to, if not, she’ll just focus on making your hair look great. As a Nashville native, I have not found a better barber, and I wholeheartedly believe that Ms. Shawna isn’t just the best female barber in Nashville, but rather the best barber in Nashville!
