I booked an appointment for my son a week ago. We showed up today at the scheduled time, only to find out there was no one available to cut his hair. I understand that unexpected things can happen — that’s part of running a business. But when you respect your clients’ time, the least you can do is notify them in advance. We drove there assuming everything was confirmed, and no one contacted us. On top of that, the prices are on the higher side, so I expected much better service and communication. Very disappointing experience. We won’t be coming back.

Terrible experience here , I needed a last minute hair cut and I called and they worked me in the schedule, I asked for a bald drop fade , Tez cut my hair , walked into the cut feeling iffy about trying out new barber and man was my gut feeling right , worst fade I’ve ever had , 50$ down the drain , looked like I just cut the grass had lines all over my head, i asked for a bald drop fade and it looked like my hairs been growing out for 3 days , he talked confident but definitely didn’t deliver, plus the chair was leaning the whole time I felt like I was gonna fall over .. to top it all off I had to book another last minute hair cut at ANOTHER local barber shop and pay ANOTHER 50$ for them to save me from looking like I asked for the “mess me up special ” , -2/10 hair cut , if you like a nice hair cut and get a fade I highly recommend you do not let this guy cut your hair .

GO SEE JEFF! My 11-year-old son wanted a low taper fade with texture on top, and Jeff absolutely nailed it! My son has very thick hair, and his previous haircut from another place wasn’t great. Jeff knew exactly how to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure my son loved his haircut. We couldn’t be happier — highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back, and my husband plans to use Jeff too. Everyone there was so nice!

Gotten my hair cut with Nate a few times now and every time I can’t be happier with the product. He does a great and thorough job while still being quick as well as very friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely go to him and the other 94 Barber Lounge workers because every time I enter I’m either greeted or told have a great day as I leave. Such a friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Marcus did a PHENOMENAL job. I was never able to be comfortable with any haircuts, and I recently got the confidence to start rocking a mustache, the haircut I got, was perfect for what I was looking for. 10/10 easily, the price is higher than I am used to but it is WORTH IT.

Shoutout Sway best barber in N.C 94 barbershop is easily the most comfortable shop you can go to and the guys there are always super friendly and knowledgeable with cutting hair and I promise once you get cut once here you will always come back 🔥🔥🔥

Good barber shop. Nate did a phenomenal job! Hair cut and beard trim— was amazing. It’s very hard to find a really good barber, Im glad I did. Thank you Nate, will see u in 2 weeks. 🤝🏼

I'm so glad I went to 94 barber lounge!!! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are super friendly. The way each barber cares for the client is top of the line. Nessa (who I've known for a year now) did an amazing job! The detail and care she puts into her craft is something you won't get anywhere else. We always have great conversations and you can tell she takes pride in her work. When your done with your haircut the other barbers will look and compliment each other for doing a great job. I would highly recommend Nessa or the other staff if you want to get the look you want! They also have anime posters and memorabilia hanging up because they are needs like me!!!
