We went for my 2 year old sons first haircut with Dom and he was phenomenal! My son was not happy, like most 2 year olds, but Dom jumped right in and met him where he was. He listened to our request and it turned out great! All of the barbers were kind and patient with my son and I know he will have many cuts there in the future!

First time going to Cruisin Style - even as a last-minute walk-in on a really busy Saturday, they got me in and done fast and perfectly. Cool vibe and great energy in the place. Craig (the owner) is awesome: fast, friendly, and really skilled. Every town needs a place like this. Definitely going back again.

Book an appointment I would not recommend walking in without an appointment, the first time I came here I made that mistake and payed for I had to sit and wait for like half an hour, but it was worth it honestly. Barber My only complaint about Wender would be that he doesn’t talk a lot, but no biggie. Cut Over the past few years I have built up a huge fear of getting my hair cut. I have been messed up plenty of times. And when I found my barber finally, he moves to Reading. But then my friend recommend this place, and I see why. There are many types of barbers here cutting many types of hair. So immediately when walked in I felt comfortable. And knew I was in the right place. Overall great place great service can wait come here in the future!

Customer Service is terrible: I had a 10:00 AM Appointment on 11/23 (Saturday Morning). I'm fairly new to this Barber shop, as I do not typically get my haircut in West Chester. I drove into West Chester around 9:40 AM and tried to find parking. I spoke to my barber at 10:05 am and asked for suggestions on where I could park, explaining how frustrating it is that I have been unable to find a spot anywhere for at least 25 minutes. My barber was more interested in telling me that if I showed up after 10:10 am, I would have missed my appointment (understandably). I was able to pay for parking at 10:15 am and I got to the barber shop at 10:20 am. I spoke to the barber at the front I think his name was Dominick and I explained that I had missed my appointment, but that I had spoken to my barber earlier (My barber was not cutting anyone at the time). He stated that I would be added to the walk ins and that everyone in front of me would have to be taken care of before they get to me (which was about 15 persons). I asked for suggestions on parking and his response was, "You just have to find street parking, but it's crazy on Saturdays". Then on a phone call after he said, "you don't have to pay for parking on Saturdays, and it's my poor planning that led to me missing my appointment time." My takeaway: Clearly this barbershop is neither conducive nor welcoming to new customers. If you are new to the area, go somewhere else. What I would have liked: Actually have the barber I booked with come and help me book another appointment (since he wasn't cutting anyone). If my slot was from 10:00 to 10:30 am, he could have done that. Also, help me to understand the parking system here in West Chester (I'm assuming that you're looking for a repeat customer), instead of shrugging me off and telling me to wait.

Had an amazing FIRST TIME( but not last time) experience! I called… owner answered within second ring which is a big deal! Then I requested he squeeze my mom in and he did just that! He schedule us at 2:00 on a weekday! We sat with WONDER!!! He was very polite and followed the details of the sample pic! When my mother and I walked in it was very busy, however everyone looked up from what they were doing and greeted us with a smile! Even many of the clients smiled at us! Although the shop was filled with men I felt very comfortable with my mom being there! I was concerned at first because not all non-black barbers cut black people’s hair… WONDER DID AN AMAZING JOB!! The owner, Craig came over had a few words and smiled! A smile goes along way! We had a not- so- pleasant experience at a different barber but kinda glad we did otherwise we would not have come across WONDER! I shared my service experience with my family! We will be back and they may even meet my son who I recommended to go!!! Their prices are reasonable, professional, friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend them! Thank you CRAIG, WONDER & TEAM!!!
