My 11 year old son loved it there yesterday! Nicole cut his hair and he and I are very happy with it and even commented on how pretty and nice it was there in the shop. Great atmosphere. ☺️ It was a last minute call before a soccer practice he had and we are SO happy we were able to get an appointment! Thank you so much!

Amy is great and the haircut I got was the best I’ve had in years. She listened to what I wanted and did it exactly the way that I’d requested. I strongly recommend Amy at Charlie & Co. Barbershop to anyone out there.

The entire experience was amazing. I got a beard trim and was lucky enough to work with Nicole. She was friendly, professional, and helped me out in a huge way! The only reason I can't make this a five star review is whatever electric razor she used on my neck left a noticeable red line and it was sore to the touch for a day afterward. That was a small bump in the road of what was otherwise a fantastic experience. I will absolutely be back to get my beard taken care of again and I'll be there for future haircuts! I appreciate how friendly the entire staff was.

Charlie & Co. is hands down the best barbershop in the West Chester Borough. I've been going to Amy for over 2 years, and every haircut/experience is top notch. The atmosphere is inviting and gives you the authentic barbershop feel. In addition to providing great haircuts, Amy is an amazing person and a wealth of knowledge about all things West Chester Borough related. I truly look forward to my haircuts and catching up with her about the new restaurants and stores that are going into town!

Let me just say this…. I got home after getting my haircut with Amy and my wife could NOT control herself!!! She absolutely loved my haircut!!! Amy is a beautiful person both inside and out! In 49 years, this was the best haircut I have ever received. Thank you Amy!! Go Birds!!!

I love coming here. I've been a steady client for over a year now and have had both Julia and Dustin cut my hair. The cuts are terrific, but the atmosphere is even better. Amy does an incredible job making everyone who walks in her door feel seen and appreciated. They clearly value the local community and care about having a genuine connection with their clients. Simply, some of the nicest people you will find anywhere!

Amy was phenomenal! I am new to the area and decided to give this shop a go. I hit the lottery with this place. The vibe is calm and relaxing. Haircut was perfect. Amy will be my permanent WC barber.
