They are very professional and patient. My 4 yr old grandson is autistic and the barber took his time with him. Made him comfortable even when he became a little antsy. Going to bring my other grandson to them.

while you guys did give a me a good haircut, i cant forgive you for what you did. my mom works at the local dunkin and when we went to get a haircut i simply thought you guys would just cut my hair and let me be. instead you guys thought that YOUR JOB was something that deserved a favor from my mom. your employee from what i heard attempted to purchase a free coffee for doing WHAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO. i get you guys dont specialize in south asian hair but that doesn’t mean you guys can take advantage of us, your shop is sick.

My son has been going to this barbershop for the past two years. When I needed haircuts for my father’s funeral, Frank was so helpful. He made sure my brother-in-law, nephews, and son had fresh cuts on short notice. I appreciate them and would definitely recommend this barbershop.

This whole vibe was unprofessional and tacky the minute you walk in. I took my son here and the short bearded guy was mad rude. He ain’t want to do my son hair cause of the beautiful texture. First of all as a professional barber you should know how to do different texture hair. Secondly you should ever make anyone feel unwanted at your establishment especially when they are willing to pay you. Thirdly the gossip amongst the barbers and lack of acknowledgment was definitely giving feminine. I wanted to leave so bad but my son literally begged me to take him there cause it was black owned. I was embarrassed to even let them proceed with my son hair after all the theatrics. Fast forward almost 1 hr 1/2 later when my son finally was getting his cut by the other barber I showed him exactly how my son wanted his hair and he rushed the hair cut as he was complaining about how hungry he was. I told him several times how I wanted the fade in the back and sides and he only faded the sides and pretended to fade the back. When he was done I looked at him in confusion because I was like you didn’t fade the back but I was to drained from waiting to even bother so I thanked him and left. He left the side of my son hair all ashy and didn’t clean the hair off his neck or shirt. Never coming back. Horrible everything. Go somewhere else. I hope this review helps save the next person from wasting their time and money and this ratchet barber experience.

This was my 1st time using this barbershop for my son's birthday and I will say I had an great experience! Despite previous reviews>>>> the owner Frank was SUPER nice and I got 2 laughs out of him! He asked all the right questions & he made myself and my 2 children feel welcome and comfortable in his shop. I will definitely return! Thanks!

Nice chill spot to get yourcut.ypu can't sit in peace their is oder there. No loud foul foul conversations or degradingwomen.a decent atmosphere for kids to be . This place is very clean.rhe 🚻 is clean,kidos.nice comfortable chair.no nonsense type ofplace get your cut and roll. I'll beback

So I big a big chop and needed to have it cleaned up. The young lady Q, did a wonderful job on my head. She is still learning, but I felt very comfortable with her doing my hair. The owner was there to guide her,or just confirm that she was doing a good job. His mentoring with the other barbers encouragement was reassuring that she was doing a good job. I was very happy with the end result. I will be back.
