Asked for a specific haircut and guy said he could do it. Shouldn’t have put any of my trust in him.🙄 I’m just surprised how everybody left great reviews about this place. Can’t I just get a good haircut these days.

'I cannot praise ' Nam enough ' i was just released from a local Hospital after a month in ' now staying at a friend's house 'I was in need of grooming ' shave 'haircut I needed an old time philly shave 'hot towels etc for a beard' i was wearing' reaching out to Nam 'took me right in what 'a outstanding job 'razor shave 'and haircut his professionalism and care 'was above and beyond ' I'm 50 miles away but will be returning to Nam 'highly recommended 'and what at 71 years old 'using a walker 'left an impression ''Nam came out to my vehicle 'with me and friend and assisted me' into vehicle' 'Kudos to Nam ''see you soon !!!!!!

Since my barber was out of town, I went here for the first time today. I was expecting better because of all the reviews, but my experience was quite the opposite. I showed up on time for my appointment and had to wait inside for John to have a smoke. I didn’t really mind it at first, he seemed like a nice guy. Until the end of my haircut, where he showed a lot of attitude. I asked for some adjustments to my hair like trimming the side a little more and he seemed very annoyed by it. He wanted me to pay the price of another haircut because I was unhappy and wanted to change my hair a little bit. He also said “my time isn’t free” which I completely understand, however, he literally went out to smoke before my cut for like 20 minutes, wasting my time. I even asked him not to use a powder on my neck and he replied “Let me do my job” and did it anyway. I don’t know if John was just having a bad day or something since I treated him kindly the whole time. I will not return here and I hope this barber shop can learn how to treat their customers.

Perfect service. It’s everything you want in a barbershop. Great conversation, great atmosphere, they are clean, and the cuts are on point. The owner is present and cares about the service and his customers. Better yet, if you EVER EVER EVER get desperate enough where you NEED to go somewhere else in a pinch, they can fix it. Ha. This is the place to go to look good and feel confident that when you leave, you look your best.

THANH is highly skilled and professional hairdresser! Super Clean Barber Shop! All my 3 sons refuse to have anyone cut their hair, except for Thanh. She works so well with everyone, extremely patient with teenagers. Sweet and friendly personality with many years of experience. She is a well rounded hairdresser! Book her and you will never be disappointed.

Great barbershop! The barbers there are skilled. Speaking with the barber, I found out he has experience cutting hair where I grew up. It showed with my fade! Nam gives some of the best fades I've ever had. He tapered and blended it in to PERFECT DETAIL. The shop has a classic man cave vibe with big comfty leather couches. Nam even cut me to perfection when I changed the style up on him. Wide range of talent!

Tried Heritage for the first time last week - fantastic experience. Nam is a wonderful guy and an extremely talented and detail-oriented barber. Gave me an absolutely perfect fade and wonderful straight razor shave. Facility is clean/classy, services are good and fairly priced - this place is definitely good, and I will be using it when I'm in the area.

I’ve been with him for years before he opened his own place. Always great consistent cuts, great conversation, positive attitude and atmosphere. I’ve had countless other barbers say my hair was difficult to fade and they often messed it up. Never an issue with Nam. Highly recommended!
