Made an appointment with Jose and got a confirmation email for our time. I arrived and there was one barber giving a cut. When he finished I learned it was not Jose and so he called Jose who apparently would not be there and was assured I would be next in line. After the second haircut I waited through I was told I would now have to wait through a 3rd haircut cause he forgot he had another appointment or something. Decided to just walk out at that point. Was barely acknowledged my whole time there despite being friendly and understanding. 0 apologies given. I don’t understand how they’re in business if this is how they treat their customers.

I was in the area and decided to get a haircut in this place . My barber was Jose he gave me the worst haircut I have ever had . My haircut is uneven and my lineup is way off. I didn’t want to argue with him so I paid him $48 and left . This place is a waste of time and money . This is not a 4.9 star rating place somebody’s definitely lying about the service at this place. Would definitely like a refund !!!!!!

It's only good if you speak Spanish. Had a tough time communicating what I needed done to my hair. The guys gossiped about me and did a superficial job for less than 5 minutes and asked for $30. Also you have to have cash or you get charged a fee! It wasn't worth it. Uncomfortable.

This place is the best. Great atmosphere friendly service. I see Elvis the barber who has been doing my hair for a number of years now. Perfect job every time, pays attention to every detail no matter how busy. They will always be my place to go. I recommend them highly you will not be disappointed.

Jose is the best! My son is always so happy with his cuts, and we always leave impressed. He takes his time and really makes sure it looks great. People have even asked who cuts my son’s hair—and a few of them started going to Jose too! Highly recommend!

Elvis has been my barber for 8 years now and has always done an excellent job. I am so excited to see him growing and flourishing in his new endeavor. Next Gen Barbershop has great vibes, amazing energy, and feels just like hanging out with your best friends. I will continue to support the team there and will recommend to everyone I know that you can expect only the best when you step into Next Gen. I can’t say enough good things about this barbershop. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a clean, stylish atmosphere. The staff is professional, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. My barber took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered expert suggestions, and delivered one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.

Best barber shop I’ve ever been to. Absolutely incredible. They take perfection very seriously here. They do a great job every time. They never fail to give me the best haircut. You cannot go wrong with going here. You definitely need to go here if you want a perfect haircut. So impressed with the work done here. 10/10

Fantastic experience with Jose, he is very energetic and at the same time patient covering every single details of my 2 boys hairstyles.. great-fully thankful to find someone so special for my kids. Nice atmosphere and service!!!! Positively 100% recommended this Great Place!!! :)
