First experience at Jag’s. I was a walk-in and Stu was there to greet me and get me set up right away. He was courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job! Definitely will visit again. - Tom K.

I take my son here every month for a haircut. Great shop with great customer service. Fernando#2 and Stu are his favorite. Great place for a hair cut...make sure you make appointment though as they are typically very busy.

Jags is the best, everyone is friendly and courteous! Jags maybe a tad expensive but the service and expertise is really unmatched compared to other shops in the area. For example, I misread my appointment time and arrived right when they were closing. My normal Barber, Kevin (chair 4), stayed late to cut my hair. I truly believe no other shop would have done this for me. Been going to Jags for over 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Would recommend Jags 10/10 time!

We absolutely love Jags Barber Shop. We take my 3 year old son and all the barbers are great with him. The atmosphere is always great and the staff is amazing. I love booking online and we rarely wait longer than a few minutes which helps with a toddler! Wonderful people!

So, been going to Jags Barbershop for about half a decade. Last week my 20 month old we had an appointment at 9AM. I called right when they opened at 8am to cancel - got told I had to pay for the appointment regardless due to company policy(ok, didn’t complain). He had a double ear infection by the way. Today, I come in with my older son - we’re also sick(not as sick as my youngest was. Almost done being sick the only symptom is a lingering cough) Juan tells us he wants us “in and out” after I asked for him to fix a poorly done job on my beard due to us being sick. The beard and haircut for $50 looks horrible. Bring up the previous appointment and getting “punished” for canceling. He says we should have called “3 hours in advance(6am… they open at 8am)” As a long time loyal customer of jags barbershop disgusted at the way they treat customers. Having the cake and eating it too. Charging you extra for being sick or doing a lackluster charge for coming in while sick. All this and increasing pricing 25% due to 10% inflation come 12-1-22. Don’t recommend this place ——- Unable to respond to the comment. Last week when I canceled my appointment right when the shop opened up as my 20 week old had a serve double ear infection. I told Juan I’m bringing him to the doctor Currently when he called back at 9am and told him what’s going on. He said it’s company policy I have to pay for that haircut(so essentially pay twice for one haircut for the fact my son who’s a small toddler was sick with a double ear infection on the way to the doctors. You told me I had to call “3 hours in advance” which would be 6am when Jags isn’t opened. You then had me and my oldest in there did an extremely LACKLUSTER job with our haircuts, almost rather be “refused” then having such an incredibly poor haircut(s) today. Also, why would I cancel with how you handled last week and my son was actually sick not just coughing. Yes, increases should happen. Inflation is 10% increased. Unfortunately your increase comes at 25% more than double the inflation rate. Sounds like a price gouge and taking advantage of customers - just like you did with me and my sick 20 month old just a week ago.

Clearly this was a tough situation which could have been handled better for which I apologize. We have the right to refuse service when clients are obviously sick. I have never denied a cancellation due to illness as protecting our clients and staff is a very high priority. We do not charge extra for cancellations or rescheduling clients. We've had many voicemails upon opening concerning emergencies that warrant a refund. As far as our price increases, we are simply trying to survive like all small businesses and not trying to gouge anyone. We stand behind our work and our commitment to our clients, we also stand behind our employees, their health and welfare.

Barber Kevin Is AMAZING! He made my son’s first haircut so stress free and easy! He’s extremely patient and educated on the technique of hair cutting. He’s also very friendly and professional! They gave my son a first haircut certificate and included a patch of his hair. I highly recommend Jag’s.
