Showed the guy a picture of the hair styled I want 3 different times. I wanted a Mohawk, still ended up with a high and tight by the time I walked out.

Called ahead if they were accepting walk ins. Was told yes. Came around about 15 minutes later just to be spoken to like I was a pain and then they finally told me 15-20 minutes more just to be at there for 45 minutes. They’re just sitting around and bullshitting together. Didn’t even bother saying a word to me after. After the 3rd person came and got a whole cut before me I just decided to leave. Probably cool if you got an appointment but if you want it to be an actual barbershop you’re out of luck. Also doesn’t help they pay their barbers under the table! If you can’t accommodate walk ins, why say you’re accepting them? Just wasting peoples time.

Two nice guys, clean,friendly and efficient. The price is under $20 . They don't ask you a lot of questions. My hair is looking good for Thanksgiving.

Been living in Holly Hill for almost 15 years and just discovered this place. All the folks here are very nice and I have never once seen an unhappy customer come out. I take my 16, 13 and 7 year old as well as myself. Great “barbershop” atmosphere and even a little wildlife!! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone

So happy I found Windsor Baber shop! Never have I been able to find someone to cut my boys hair and do a great job! Joey is awesome, patient and listens to what my boys ask for they are 10 & 7 and never left any place with such a smile on their faces until now!! The compliments they get from strangers on their haircuts is awesome and makes my boys feel good! Definitely a place to check out and don’t forget to ask for Joey!

So happy I found Windsor barber shop for my boys (and their friends! and my husband!). Joey was referred to me my his colleague, also excellent, but less available. Since my initial text, he has been responsive, accommodating and easy going with my sons. His shop has old school character, is comfortable and homey; the checkered floor, sports jerseys and visual stimulation (including gorgeous birds that talk!) make it a unique, familiar and cool/fun environment. Most importantly, his skills are obvious! Each boy came with a picture and Joey easily replicated the style after a brief glance. He is careful, even meticulous, and gets every detail down. He also gives great advice regarding products. They even smelled good when they were done! My boys insisted they come to Joey for hair cuts going forward; mom agrees. Highly recommend everything about Windsor. You won't regret your visit here; you'll likely become a regular! Thank you!

Really nice place and great staff. They accept walkins which is just easier for me and my busy schedule and we haven't had a long wait at all. My son had his haircut by both Tammy and Dani and they both did a really nice job. They have these beautiful pet birds in the shop and they were kind enough to let my son feed and pet them. Will definitely be back.

What a great place this is! The staff were all very friendly. I did not have an appointment, however i was taken almost immediately. I personally had a great experience with Tammy. She was very professional and quick! Well done guys and girls!

Saw the sign on New Falls road and stopped in. Hardly had to wait. Tammy cut my hair and she was fast. Normally I’m picky with my haircut, but this was the best haircut I’ve had yet. Truly a 5 star experience. This will be my go to from now on. Thanks Windsor Barbershop!

Just moved into the area and needed a barbershop for my son. I called and Dane scheduled us for a same day appointment. When we came in everyone was friendly. Great customer service and we were very happy with my son's haircut. Definitely going back. :)
