I bought a gift card for a head spa. The experience was totaling awesome! The head and upper body massage are very relaxing. I loved the scalp massage with water spraying. The warm eye mask was great too! Mayrin was very professional and friendly!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Top Hat Salon with Sylvia. From the very start, she scheduled a thorough consultation before installing my hair extensions and walked me through every step of the process. She took the time to explain what would be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure that the health and integrity of my natural hair were always the top priority, which really put me at ease. On the day of my appointment, Sylvia truly listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She did an amazing job color-matching my extensions to my natural hair—they blend perfectly and look completely seamless. Her attention to detail and skill really show in her work. Communication throughout the entire process has been incredible; she’s always prompt, professional, and happy to respond whenever I have questions. I put my full trust in Top Hat Salon, and they absolutely delivered. I was really appreciative that Mayrin was able to stay later for me for my headspa appointment as I get off from work at 5pm. Upon making my appointment I asked the receptionist if Mayrin had experience working with curly hair. She said yes. I asked for the curly products used and she gave me a small list. I did a little research and thought they were fine. I came in for my appointment and Mayrin said she would not be able to blow dry my hair which is fine because I preferred air dry. She had mentioned people in her family also had hair like mine and it felt promising! She told me she would double cleanse and do a mask. I don't remember her putting a mask in but she did spray two products in my hair. The headspa experience was great and my scalp felt VERY well cleaned! But when I sat in the chair, she quickly styled my hair with little product so much so that I was frizzy before I left the salon. The headspace experience was great but it feels like they aren't equipped for curly hair... (In response to the salon) When i had called the salon, we had made my appointment for 5:15 because i get out of work at 5 and needed time to get to the salon from my job. I had also spoke to May because she doesnt normally stay till after 5 and she said we could do my appointment for 5:15. As I was leaving work I notice the time in the confirmation text was incorrect as it was set for 5pm. I called the salon to confirm as I was leaving work and they said the stylist would be notified. I arrived at the salon at 5:18, used the restroom, then was taken into the space and explained the process. By the time I was on the bed the service began at 5:30. She mentioned she didnt have time to dry me (which is fine), but she just placed product in my hair. I was fine with not getting a full style but the placement of product was incorrect and I was frizzy before I stepped out of the salon.

Stepping into the salon, I was immediately greeted by my stylist, whose warmth and kindness set a welcoming tone. The private back room was perfect, but it was a tad cool, it’s nothing a small heater wouldn’t fix. The treatment began with a deep dive into my scalp's condition, thanks to a microscopic camera. It was fascinating (and a bit alarming!) to see the areas of concern up close. Next, a customized blend of natural oils and herbal extracts was massaged into my scalp with traditional Japanese techniques. This was followed by a water treatment and heavenly arm, hand, and feet massages. The arm massage was a standout, though a touch of mint in the foot massage would've been the cherry on top. The experience wrapped up with a nourishing hair mask, leaving my hair incredibly soft, smooth, and hydrated. After a professional blow-dry, my hair felt amazing, looked shiny, and radiated health. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience that I highly recommend!

Came in for a scalp massage with Mayrin & she was excellent! Service was so relaxing. She did scalp analysis, scalp detox, hair mask and blowout! The service also included a massage of the neck, shoulders, arms & feet. It was so peaceful & she made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend her!

Silvia did amazing! She did was above what I was expecting and fast to. She was so kind and helpful to make sure I loved everything and was comfortable. My bridal hair trial went amazingly and I can’t wait for her to do my actual wedding day hair. She was reasonably priced, I would totally recommend!
