Update: I will keep coming back each time my son gets his haircut to just say thank you! Dom is so amazing! He asks questions and takes his time with the cut. I am so thankful! My son leaves with the biggest smile on his face! I told my son today, you’ve found a great barber! I truly am so thankful we have found this barber shop! My son has been here a few times now and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge what a professional shop it is! Everyone is kind, professional, and you can tell they all enjoy what they do. I sit outside and watch the people that come out while my son is getting his hair cut and everyone looks so sharp!! And you can tell they all feel nice! Dom is who cuts my sons hair and he is an exceptional barber. He is incredibly patient and really takes the time to listen to what my son wants. He communicates clearly throughout the entire haircut, explaining what he’s about to do and making sure my son feels comfortable every step of the way. My son always leaves feeling confident and happy with his cut. Dom is truly talented, and we will definitely be returning regularly. Highly recommend!

I’m so late in leaving a review, but I’ve been coming here with my two boys for a few years now - this has EASILY been the best experience I’ve had with any barbershop, and quite honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had with any business in general. Every one of these talented barbers is extremely professional, respectful, detailed-oriented, and intentional with their work. Between my boys and I, we’ve gotten a cut from at least 5 or 6 of them, and we’ve been satisfied 100% of the time. I seriously hesitate (and avoid as much as I can) going to other shops because there’s just no way they can compare with Fade Factory. Once you get used to this level of reliability and relaxing atmosphere from a barbershop, you’ll feel uncomfortable going other places. Extremely family-friendly, and it’s in a nice, somewhat lowkey spot with Jeff is a professional business man who is genuinely customer-oriented and focuses on every little detail to provide a phenomenal customer experience. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could. Lil Jeff, Derrick, Trey, Bryan, and Marley all produce great work. And Dom, who is titled an apprentice, has a strong understanding of his craft and cuts like he’s been doing it for a decade. 5/5 stars all around!

This Barber shop is the ultimate shop! My son who is on the Autism Spectrum has had a very hard time with wanting and getting a hair cut without fear and this is first barbershop that he looks forward to coming to.Dom who cuts my son's hair from day one has been consistent and is thee best he makes my son feel welcomed and is very precise every time.Jeff the owner as well as his son lil Jeff are always welcoming and keeps a very high standard and well maintained shop...All the barbers whenever I bring my son are always attentive and courteous. This one of the best barbershops that not only deliver superb customer service but the pride and excellence makes it a Top shop!

Dom did an amazing job cutting my kids’ hair! He was so careful and precise, making sure every detail was perfect. The cuts look fantastic and he was patient and kind throughout the whole process. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

Derrick is hands-down one of the best barbers around! He always delivers top-quality cuts with precision and consistency. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and the shop itself is spotless and well-kept. These men are so professional and talented at what they do. Took my freshly minted six year old for his first hair cut here. Super chill environment, kid friendly, and detailed. Trey even turned on despicable me for him. Beautiful, clean, minted environment, the men here are amazing - 10/10

I hadn’t gotten a professional haircut for probably 15 years but fate brought me in to The Fade Factory a few months ago. I’m never cutting my own hair again. Jeff took such good care of me, listened to me describe exactly what I had in mind, and gave me the best looking haircut I’ve ever had. I’m now sitting in the barber chair for my third haircut here and couldn’t wait for him to finish before I wrote my review. He even put my business cards up in the lobby! If you’re looking for a solid haircut from a great group of guys, The Fade Factory is your place to go.

Today I went to get my hair cut at this place. My hair didn't turn out the way I expected. A novice was cutting my hair and it was a disaster. They got mad at me because they said I couldn't explain, but I showed them the cut I wanted multiple times, and I went with my long hair to get it. Bad service. You work as a barber and don't know how to do fades? It's not possible. That I asked for and what I got!👇🏼

I had an amazing experience at The Fade Factory! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a great atmosphere. The attention to detail was next level, and I could tell they truly take pride in their craft.
