The owner Terry saved our picture day! We had our son's haircut done at another salon two days ago, and when the part was different the next day it just wasn't looking right. I also had a hard time styling it. When the original salon was too booked to help us out, I called Craig's and talked to Terry. She was so kind and was able to squeeze us in (inbetween my son's activities). She was able to listen to what I was asking about even though I know nothing about boy's haircuts. She helped me practice styling it just right for picture day. This morning he woke up and his hair was still amazing, took one quick comb through and he was off to rock picture day. Thank you Terry! We'll be back next time :)

The owner was very friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, she’s not who we had during the haircut. My son is six years old and wanted to get his haircut where all the men do, lol. So we took him to a barbershop. One where his dad used to go to, and never had any complaints in the past. It was an older gentleman who agreed to cut my son‘s hair. We were a walk-in, and they took us no problem which I thought was very nice. I showed the man how my son‘s hair is usually kept told him he gets a hard line cut in and showed him where, he said OK no problem. in the past It usually takes less than 10 minutes to cut My son‘s hair. This time it went on for about 20 minutes And he cut it A lot shorter than what we asked for. My son started to look upset. He was fine The whole time, never moved was smiling for 20 minutes in. Then He looked like he was in pain. I tell him it’s OK. He only has the hard part to put in and then we’ll stop. I asked the man to stop cutting his hair and just do the hard line. .. He got a blow dryer out and started to blow dry his hair to the side instead of putting the hard line part in. When I walked up to him and asked him to stop I noticed blood on my son’s ear. I asked him to stop everything and that we’re done! I looked at the back of my son‘s head, and I saw he had another spot of blood on his neck as well as a little circle patch of missing hair towards the bottom of his head. The man kept repeating that he did what I asked and that no haircut is perfect. If my children weren’t standing right, there would’ve been a much different conversation. The owner stepped in offered to give us a store credit for next time and did not charge us for that haircut. I did not take store credit for next time as we will not be returning. I’m sure there are many people there that do a wonderful job and I’m sure the man who cut my son‘s hair must have done proper haircuts in the past, but he didn’t know what the hard line or hard part meant or how to do it and blamed me for his bad haircut. He said that I am High maintenance And picky! I did not yell and I was not rude. I simply said please stop. This man Bic on my son‘s head and cut him twice.. If me simply asking him to stop and try to leave the establishment marks me as high maintenance Then I’ll take it. I’m sure the look on my face was shouting the words I refrain from using.. but that man has no business cutting hair.

Hidden gem to get a haircut in Delco! Barbers are top notch and very welcoming/nice place for a great price. Highly recommend making this the place to get a haircut.

I brought my son in (almost 2 years old) for his first haircut and he was treated like a little prince! Everyone was so sweet and engaging, making him feel comfortable and really making him a part of the process -- did he want to sit in my lap, in a booster, what a big boy, so brave... They really took that extra step to make sure his first experience set him off on the right foot! They were also really helpful with me, as a mom who's only had girls before this I had no idea what I was talking about! They helped me pick the right cut for him and expertly got the job done despite the fact that I was probably in the way while holding his hands! I will certainly be back for each haircut, this far exceeded my expectations -- and he looks so handsome!

I have gotten two haircuts from two different people at Craig’s and both were great! It’s a really great energy in the shop. Very clean. Very comfortable. They even have a wall where they showcase the business cards of local business owners and entrepreneurs. I thought that was really cool. Great people. Great price. Great haircut. I will take some photos next time I go!

Good barber shop “feel”. We have always had good experiences here. Great with kids and don’t kill you in the prices. All employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
