Very bad, very bad service! I mention Mrs. Rocio! Let her not forget that customer service is essential for a workplace that offers these services. When we go to a place like this, as a customer, we only want fair treatment, and that is why we are supposed to make an appointment by phone before arriving. However, Mrs. Rocio makes you wait and passes not only one customer in front of you, but two before you, and when you approach and ask about your turn, she tells you that the others had an appointment when my appointment was much earlier than the two people before me, to be exact, almost two hours, and instead of offering an apology for her attention, she still gets upset? This is disappointing. So, what are her appointments for? Would a person like that let that place stay? I do not recommend that place at all.

Have been getting my haircut here for the past 6 years. I Always leave happy with the results. (Mid fade + beard) Great prices and great service. The owner is amazing! 🤩 I’d recommend calling and making an appointment if you do not like waiting. It can get busy at times even though they can have up to 5 people cutting hair.

Went in this place to get a long layered bob, and I came out with everything completely uneven. They didn't listen to my requests, and they did what they wanted. He ended up taking way more off than was needed as they kept messing it up. Now, it is still choppy and way shorter than I wanted! I'm not at all convinced that they know how to handle a woman's hair cut with straight fine hair.

I had a great time! The owner is super personable and laid back. Had a great chat while I got a great cut! Great prices too. Will for sure be going back to support a small, family owned, Latinx women owned business!

Went in for a color correction because i messed up at home and she just mocked me and basically made fun of me. She didn’t do what i wanted to have done and when we settled on doing something different the dye wasn’t even dark enough to cover up the patches. Not to mention she was ridiculously rough with my hair, was constantly talking to other people and also on her phone. I hardly knew what was going on because she was talking to her coworker in spanish about the entire thing. My hair hardly looked any better when i left.

After the damages that you provoked to your self is normal to have sensitive scalp. Is obvious that you have a issue because we never disrespect you in any way or form we where trying to find the best solution for the damages that you did to your self and more bleach was not the solution to me speaking my native language is not or should be a treat to any other that is racist.

I walked out a beautiful woman. The cut is perfect, but more - honest, attentive, great mom, incredible example of good business. I won't go anywhere else.

i do not know where to start. One of your barbers (male) did the worst job at cutting my hair . Doing the unthinkable and most disrespectful things ever . 1 my hair line was pushed back at least half an inch , 2 the barber almost eliminated the crown of my head , i Look like I had a Military cut .. all i asked was a mid fade and undercut . Upon entering the business for the very first time of-course i asked if they only do appointment and both him and a nother girl laughed ? the guy looked super annoyed and i knew i was in for a bad cut and i was right .. during the middle of the cut 3 more guys pulled in immediately he started rushing and digging the machine into my head , my head is all irritated. The overall time for the cut was at least 15 minutes , Not Worth the 20 dollars they lucky i even left a tip . If youre a guy looking for a cut , come at your own risk :) my New years is ruined thanks! .

I first got eyelash extensions here, about 3 weeks ago, and I came back to get them filled last week. And I have to say that I couldn’t possibly be any happier with them. The products are in my opinion high quality and just awesome! That’s not even mentioning how great she is, she makes you feel comfortable right from the start! I have gotten so many compliments, I would definitely recommend.

My wife tried this salon to add silver-streaking to her hair, as well as a nice stylish cut. She was skeptical, having had some less than stellar results with other shops. Her hair is notoriously hard to color. Amazing! Both the color and cut have exceeded all expectations! I have never written a review for a hair salon before so I am not sure what to say here except...wow. Great color, great style, amazing, friendly service...affordable prices. Mazatlan Hair Salon has just landed my wife as a customer for LIFE!
