I’ve been going to Farrell for a while now and he gives great haircuts! I even switched up the style on him today and he nailed it. Great barbershop, great people, and always leaving feeling better than when I walk in. Strongly recommend to all!

I had a deeply unsettling experience with rogue barbers. I personally felt disrespected, pressured, and threatened. Communication was aggressive. I strongly urge anyone considering this shop to think twice, read multiple reviews, and make sure you feel completely comfortable before going. Your safety and peace of mind matter.

Hello, Cody. Unfortunately, you have the wrong barbershop. We don’t have any barbers by those names at Rogue Barber Collective. Upon Googling it, however, it appears those barbers are located at Rogue Barbers in Grants Pass, Oregon. We are Rogue Barber Collective located in Portland, Oregon, and we are not affiliated with them at all. Could you please remove this review, as it reflects poorly on our business, and post it under the correct business name instead?<br><br>If you’re ever up north though, please feel free to swing by for a ‘cut. David is a true artist and a master of his craft. RBC feels less like a business and more like a temple to aesthetic work, which shows in the level of care and detail he brings to every appointment. Each visit feels personal and unhurried. I always receive focused attention as if I were the only client in the world, and I leave feeling genuinely cared for. The small details never get overlooked and the experience is consistently exceptional.

Have been here several times, as it's the closest barbershop to my place. Booked an appointment online, and showed up up early to find my barber cancelled, and I received NO NOTIFICATIONS AT ALL. Allow me to present their own cancellation policy: "We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment. We understand things arise that might prevent a client from making it to their appointment on time. We just kindly ask that clients respectfully notify us about it. We also ask that clients arrive on time. Our window for late arrivals is 10 minutes. Arriving later than 10 minutes will be treated like a No Call/No Show. Failure to reschedule, cancel or call us within the aforementioned time-frame might result in being charged for an appointment, at your barber’s discretion." Kind of ironic...

Hello,<br><br>I would be upset too, if someone cancelled an appointment of mine without trying to notify me about it first. I checked our Customer List, but I couldn't find anyone booking any appointments with us under the name you used here. Could you please submit a completed Contact Form on our website, so I could better research any possible issues on our end? Once I have your name and phone number, I can better look into it, so I can address it appropriately. I look forward to hearing from you. <br><br>Update: I spoke with my crew and I was informed this incident occurred last Thursday. Your appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, and we made every attempt to contact you about it, using the phone number that you provided to us. Our copy of the message indicates that we also apologized for any inconvenience too. We attempted to contact you early Thursday morning, several hours before your appointment, in hopes of rescheduling it, but we never heard from you. If you did not receive our message, I can only assume that we do not have your current phone number on file, or you may have mistook it for spam and deleted it. Regardless, upon your arrival later that day, you were politely informed that your appointment was cancelled due to a family emergency. Please understand that we have lives and experience emergencies too, and we made every attempt to contact you about it.

For a few years now, I've been getting my hair cut by Farrell at Rogue Barber Collective (formerly Rooks). He's a fantastic and very skilled barber, and I can't think of anyone better to be at the helm of this hip, fantastic, and affordable barber shop. Right in the middle of close-in Southeast Portland's iconic Division neighborhood, they have some of the best barbers and the lowest prices in their immediate vicinity. I can't recommend them enough!

(Formerly Rook’s!) Rogue Barber Collective is one of the best barbershops in Portland. No gimmicks, no hypermasculine or hyper trendy vibes, just a really solid and dependable haircut, for a reasonable price, every time. Farrell is the best.

Farrell has been my barber for several years. His attention to detail and consistency will always keep me coming back! Conversation flows easily and prices are fair. New name with Rogue Barber Collective, same excellent group of folks.
