If you're looking for skill for a hell of a deal price wise, come to NWBA. My husband was well taken care of! His hair is difficult to cut (follicles grow in all sorts of direction) and I couldn't negatively critique the cut. Will be coming back.

Mina gave me, no exaggeration, the best haircut I have ever gotten. When I first sat down, she claimed to be a ‘hair cut nerd’, which is totally true!

Really great service and quality haircuts, Kyle has been my barber a handful of times now and it’s been perfect every time. Always gets it right, scheduling is a breeze and the vibes are immaculate. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fiona is awesome. They’re the only person to ever consistently give me exactly what I ask for (or what I need when I don’t know what to ask for). My haircut always comes out even and fits well with my head shape. The straight razor line up on my neck is the best way to end the haircut. Just overall a good experience every time. Fiona knows how to cut hair and will give you what you want and offer input when asked for.

Visiting Portland for the first time coming from California I stumbled upon this shop look super urban and the barber that I met Isaiah was great made me feel like I was back home with my barber I’m very particular on how I want my haircut and he lined me up super clean! Full service and very professional. Even filled me in on couple spots I should check around town super chill dude!

I’ve been coming here consistently for the last year with Anna and have never had anything but good experiences. My hair always looks great and gets lots of compliments. Easy to make an appointment and reschedule. Can’t see myself going anywhere else. I always recommend my friends to this place everyone in the building does a great job and love the inclusive atmosphere.

Loved this spot! They offered me a drink right when I walked in and made me feel right at home. The amazing artwork throughout the shop helped. I wasn't expecting a hair wash but they insisted so... of course. It was so relaxing and it was not a bad feeling to have their hands massaging into my scalp. I didn't quite know what I wanted but they gassed me up and made me feel beautiful. They gave me great face framing layers and told me how to to style it and everything. Excited to go back for the good talks and the good style.

The best barber shop in town, hands down! Super chill environment, the staff is so polite and welcoming and you even get a freakin beer when you walk in the door. Talk about the right way to do customer service! 👌🏼I have had a top quality cut every single time I come here. Superb establishment. Highly recommended. Check them out!
