Demond cut my sisterlocks to Perfection! He did some work in advance to make sure he'd treat them right, and I can confirm, he knocked it out of the park. This is a lovely place filled with some real wonderful people. Totally would recommend

Pearl made my whole day...she was timely , gave me great tips and assured me my hair was well moisturized. She trimmed me up and cleaned me up and I left feeling assured that I am in great hands with her. Price is extremely affordable & so maintenance will be on point...thank you Pearl ! I am 57 and still learning about my hair , all natural for the last 12 years....

They do an amazing job with my Mom's hair, she's enjoying great care and kind attention from Pearl and Sylvia. They are wheelchair accessible and accommodating. I'm thankful for this shop and the wonderful service!

Very beautiful service! Silva is the one who styled my hair!! She is very easy and works well with people who are tendered headed and she doesn't cancel on you either like some hairstylist do. She is very kind and professional. The first pic is my second time getting my hair done by her and the second pic is my first time. She does quality work every 👏🏾 single 👏🏾 time! 🖤

I was on vacation visiting friends and was looking for a salon that could style my natural 4c hair. Most places didn't have appointments until June. So I called Dean's salon on Friday and ask if they had time for any walk-ins and Ms. Pearl agreed to take me at 2:00 in the afternoon and so my friend and I drove down from St Helens to Portland and Ms. Pearl did a phenomenal job on my hair washed blow dried conditioned pressed and flat ironed. Later that weekend the weather changed and it became very cold and damp but my hair is still on point, she left me looking good y'all so I will definitely be going back when I do my annual vacation to Oregon in the future.

Called to schedule an appointment for a line up. They told me to come on in so I did. I was honored to have met the owner of this pround black owned establishment and was treated like family by everyone one their! If you really want true hand of the land to service you hair cutting needs, call Dean's and they sure as hell will take care of you and with quality service!

Kim, the owner, has been doing my hair since I was a little girl and have done an amazing job. I have natural hair and Kim has helped nourished my hair since I've damaged it when I was young. She has done highlights on me that looked beautiful in the summer. She has done waves and curls using professional tools and never left my hair damaged. I love the vibe of the salon and I also love another stylist Sylvia who does amazing styles. Kim and Sylvia are knowledgeable and open minded as well as accommodate to people's cultures and religion. Women and people can feel comfortable. Kim and Sylvia have a great connection with young women and is so fun to have conversations with. Kim has many years of experience and works with all hair types and I have referred her many times to my friends and family members. I would also like to add that she did my cousins hair for a wedding, who was 2 years old at the time and was super patient with her. The customer service is wonderful. Since I've been coming to Kim my hair has been getting much healthier and longer and if it wasn't for her, I don't think my hair would be where it is now. Forever be a loyal customer!
