It used to be Y-Chrome. The barbers thought they were better and owned the joint. I went out of my way for a 35min haircut appointment. I was 5 or less minutes late. I always tipped 10$, 15$, 20$ Geno you have still disappointed me years later. I can see they have now changed the name To “chrome”. Know why? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!.

I love this salon! I get my hair done by Victoria, cut & color, toning, styling for photoshoots, and every time she sends me out the door feeling like I could get 10 CEO’s to take me out for dinner. Stylists Kelli and Dex are also wonderful people. Clean salon, friendly environment ✨ they’re stuck with me for life!

Victoria is amazing! She cuts my short bangs perfect every time, just like everything else she’s done to my hair. And my fiancé loves this place too!! Everyone else on staff is super nice and fun to chat with. The salon is not only super clean but a whole fun vibe in itself. 666/10 Would recommend! Also there’s beer!!

I saw Victoria for the first time today, she was amazing! The salon had such good vibes, it's very open and welcoming. Victoria and all the other stylists were sooo nice. She helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my hair and I'm so so happy with it. I'll definitely be a loyal customer!

I went for a hair trim after a keratin treatment and requested that they remove my split ends. The stylist, Dexter, did not remove my split ends , and for the price that was charged, they did absolutely nothing. I called back and requested if I could come back because they hadn’t removed my split ends, and the person that picked up was terribly rude and said they were closing, even though they had 30 mins left to close, and I explained I couldn’t come back tomorrow because I am leaving out of town and then she hung up on me. I came back home and had my husband trim my hair and he did a way better job. Do not go to this salon. Here are two pics of my hair after the so-called “trim” they gave me and the final pic is a pic of the trim my husband gave me to salvage their damage. And no, my husband is not a hair dresser, I think my cat would have done a better job than these people! They did absolutely nothing, and no wonder the stylist was done trimming in 20 seconds.

Victoria is wonderful and so talented! She cuts my fine hair in a way that makes it feel bouncy, which is sorcery. I prefer to let her do whatever she wants with my color and she has never steered me wrong. From brunette, to neon, to blond, to rainbow. We've been all over the color wheel and her work is always beautiful. Also, she has taken the time to make sure that clients like me who are plus sized can sit comfortably in her chair and at the shampoo bowl. She is accommodating, affirming, talented, and a delight. :)

Ginger has consistently given me the BEST haircuts I have ever had!! Usually if I don’t get my haircut every 4 weeks, I really start looking scraggly. But Ginger has given me such good quality cuts that my hair grows evenly and looks good for 6-8 weeks, if I need to!! They takes their time to give a great cut every time and doesn’t make me feel rushed thru my haircut. They are responsive to questions/concerns and is fun to talk to. I definitely recommend them strongly!!

I recently received a complete transformation from Alex at Chrome! I was able to get a same day appointment which was amazing! He is by far the BEST barber/hairstylist i have ever encountered! He is very professional, patient and over all a great dude! He asked me every step of the way how i wanted my hair to be cut. His attention to detail is mind blowing! I have received countless compliments on my new hair style! And has been asked who and where did i get it done at! I have recommend Alex to everybody who has even mentioned my hair cut! And he is the only person I am going to let cut my hair from now on! I just want to send a HUGE shout out to alex and chrome and say thank you!

My boyfriend had his first old fashioned straight razor shave here, it was amazing!!! The price was great, the barber was very professional and efficient. I recommend giving this experience a go. Very relaxed environment and friendly staff. Thank you Eric!!!

Thank you for fixing up my husbands face and hair! I explained to my husband that I love him but I can’t see his face anymore. He wears his hair in a samurai bun, shaved to a No.1 along the sides. They edged him up perfectly. Great price at $20. Called at 3:15 and booked a same day appointment at 3:30. Upstairs they have a pool table and darts. They offer beer so we went up and played a game of pool and finished off our beer. These barbers know what they are doing and they really care about you. Overhearing conversations, they do a good job remembering details. Excellent selection of products to take home, displayed beautifully.
