I’ve been going to Bridgetown Barber Society since they opened in 2015, and I’ll never go anywhere else. The entire team is beyond amazing, not only in talent and skill, but also in their innate pride that they take in their work. I love their energy and the vibe. Getting my hair cut feels like visiting my family, and it’s an absolute treasure!

Jamie and the team at Bridgetown are the best! I have been going there for a decade. Great people, great haircuts! If you can’t schedule an appt. and just need to walk in, anyone of their team can give you a great haircut. Highly recommend!!

The people here go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible. I started coming here a couple of years ago not had a single bad conversation with anyone here. I always feel welcome and am grateful to everyone there. Do yourself a favor and check out Bridgetown!

Taryn has been giving me the best haircuts for several years now. I come in. I know what I want. I ask for it. We talk about it. And I always come away happy with my haircut and my beard shape.

I have been coming to Bridgetown Barber Society for 4 years and have had the pleasure of getting trimmed by a few different stylists. They have all been great. Daysha is currently my barber and i couldn’t ask for a better stylist. Daysha does an amazing job every time and is very sweet and makes the experience top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Portland.

I've had one great experience with two haircuts (myself and my son). This experience was terrible. I had an appointment with Daysha Hamilton which I was late for (miscommunication on time) for myself and my son. Well, my son decided not to come (no biggie as I was planning on paying for his missed appointment). Daysha decided to tell me this was messing with her books and commission. I told her I understood and I would gladly pay for my son's missed appointment. She just kept going. I then told her never mind and that I would just pay for both and go somewhere else. Her behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you book here DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING with Daysha Hamilton. Also, just an FYI for Daysha, don't have conversations about other employees in the presence of customers when you're threatening legal action and claiming harassment by Josh (look out).

Amazing barbershop. I got one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I came to Portland for a wedding so I desperately needed a haircut. I lucked on a same day appointment with Josh. To top it all they had an amazing super tasty Mexican Lager on tap. Highly recommended for the haircuts first and for the beer second.

Fantastic place to get your hair cut. Friendly staff, clean space, and good prices for such how much work and attention the barbers give you during your stay. Really happy with my visit and will definitely be back.

Josh is a nice guy, and has given me some good cuts, but I am reeling after my haircut today. I’ve been going here for a few months, and came in about 6 weeks after my previous cut to get it cleaned up. After almost two years of carefully growing it out, I was finally happy with my flowing, nearly shoulder length hair. We discussed taking an inch or so off, and layering it more to frame my face better, because I no longer care to tie my hair back. He suggested taking a bit more length off the top than usual (normally it’s the hair in front that’s the limitation for tying it back), and proceeded to whack off 4-5” of length. The waves are gone, and now I recoil at my reflection. I don’t know what was lost in translation, but I’m crushed, and it’s going to be 6+ months before my hair is back at the length I wanted. It’s not a “bad” cut, it’s just nothing like what I wanted or what was discussed. Beyond disappointed, and I will be for a long time. Sticking to salons for my long hair in the future.
