Gave 1 star because there was not a zero stars option. Showed up for my 10:15 appointment to a locked business after getting multiple reminders from YOU that I had an appt. 2026 and can’t even show up for work on time. Happy to spend my money elsewhere. Trash shop. Don’t go here.

Kim was great! I stopped by hoping to get a quick cut and left with a really nice haircut! I couldn't really describe precisely what I want but her aesthetic sense more than filled the gaps.

Been coming here for a couple years, booking is easy and cuts are always great! I recommend Monique, she is a pro! Sadly the prices have gone from $25 to $45 within a couple years so I may be looking for a new barbershop

Booked a Saturday morning haircut here and showed up for my appointment on time. When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. My barber then proceeded to play on his phone for 15 minutes before seeing me. There was no apology at any point for wasting my time. Ended up paying almost 50 bucks for the pleasure of waiting around and then getting a very mediocre cut. Will not be coming back. You are better off going literally anywhere else.

My barber just started here (I highly recommend Kat), the barbershop is nice, and it's right on the 72 bus route! If you're looking for great barbers, Shelly and Kat will take good care of your hair needs. I haven't met any of the others yet, but they're presumably good, too. Update: I no longer go here because Kat moved to another barbershop on Fremont near 57th. As far as I know, Shelly is still here, and I recommend her.

Super friendly, quality barbershop. Called on a Saturday at 11am and was lucky to get an appointment at 1pm. I rarely get a good haircut on my first visit to a new barbershop but I walked out very satisfied after 30min.

Very nice business. It was really easy to make an appointment online, I even got it for my son, the day of. Walked in and sat down. They were nice and pleasant, and the place was clean and inviting. Not too bad prices, either. My kid was happy, so we will be back.

My first time at a Barber-Q was earlier this month at this location and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Was greeted by two down to earth and friendly ladies. It was also the woman who cut my hairs first day at this location as well and she did a fantastic job. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted, left the rest up to her, and left with a great haircut (as well as a superb scalp massage during my shampoo). I'll be coming back for sure.
