I have been coming to Carlos, owner of The Fix, for the past 8 years. He has been the best barber and overall haircut experience I’ve ever had, gives every single customer 100% of his attention, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The crew of barbers that make up The Fix are masters of their craft, and there’s no where I’d trust more with my hair.

Carlos consistently delivers excellent work—highly recommend. I’m very particular about my haircuts and used to constantly fix them after visiting other local shops. In over three years with Carlos, I haven’t had a single complaint.

Be careful here. They charge you $55 for a missed appointment, but my stylist, Cindy, missed my appointment after accepting and was a no show. Another stylist picked me up 40m later. The stylist rolled in and moved on to other customers with a casual apology. If you read through the reviews of this place, this seems like standard procedure for cindy.

Just had my first visit and followed my barber Kreg to this location. He continues to do an amazing job, especially with beards and the service was top notch. The shop is pleasant and I found it worth the effort to switch to follow a great barber. It did take a minute to find since GPS sent me to the wrong parking lot, but discovered a new restaurant so worth it.

I regularly see Carlos for cut and color. He always does a great job and he's really fun to chat with. The salon is always welcoming, clean and comfortable and it's very easy to schedule online. I read one of the prior reviews from someone who thinks you have to be young and attractive to get proper service at this salon and that they didn't honor a walk-in. I find that, especially on the weekends, they are always busy and often have to turn away walk-ins, but they always tell you how to easily schedule online. That's pretty normal for any busy salon, that walk-ins are welcome, but they also are going to honor those who planned ahead and made appointments first. This complaint seems as though that person is just looking for something to complain about. Regarding his other complaint. I wasn't there and can't speak to his personal experience, but I can speak to my own many experiences. I have never seen anyone there treat anyone disrespectfully and they are welcoming of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors, etc. I've seen all stylists be respectful, patient and engaged with kids to a fragile elderly person and everything in between. I have never seen anyone treated differently because they didn't look a certain way, me included!

I’ve had the best and continue having the best experience here at the Fix barbershop. I don’t get my haircut anywhere else. I booked with Cindy! Let me tell you about Cindy! Positive. Outgoing. Professional. Skilled. You name it. And since I’ve been going to Cindy, I can’t get my haircut anywhere else or from anyone else because I can confidently say she is my barber and hair stylist. I’ve always gotten compliments on my fresh cuts and that is thanks to Cindy! I will always recommend and continue to recommend her! I am always greeted with enthusiasm, and it makes me feel so welcome every time I come in for a haircut. It’s a very friendly and family atmosphere that you won’t be able to experience at a lot of places these days. So if you want good quality service and professionalism in your haircut experience I highly highly recommend booking with Cindy and the Fix Barbershop.

I've always had trouble getting haircuts and was never left satisfied with how it looked until i came here. Cindy talked me through the whole process on what I needed to do with my hair, as it wasn't just "the cut" that mattered, but also the products I needed to use to make my hair more easier to work with. She was right, over time I did feel my hair more easier to work with and with her profressional haircuts it looked even better! These suggestion from her were great and helpful. I always gets comments about my hair and how great it looks! I am very pleased with her service and highly recommend her!

Cindy is far and away the best stylist I've ever had. Literally any and every aspect of a stylist you are looking for- she is it. Consistently great haircuts and just a great/enjoyable person in general. I haven't had a bad hair cut in the year and half that I have been going to her and would recommend her to anyone and not even think twice. You're gonna leave looking much better than you came and that's really just all we are looking for as people scouring the internet looking for a new stylist. Search is over. Enjoy your new life!

I have never been so impressed with a barber shop. Great experience, these guys honestly have the best approach to providing exceptional customer service. They have amazing attention to detail, and have just created such an enjoyable atmosphere. I wish I didn't have to drive 8 hrs to go back haha.
