Anh has been cutting my hair for almost a decade and I appreciate the quick and consistent haircut she continues to provide. The place is clean and well maintained so you have a positive experience. She also offers hair washing after the cut for a small additional cost. I'd recommend calling ahead to ensure there is availability.

I’ve been going here for years and for a good reason. The people here do a great job at cutting thick curly hair and are super friendly. The last cut I got was amazing and has gotten so many compliments which is rare for a guys haircut!

Anh has been cutting my hair for years. She truly does the best job with my thick heavy hair. I get tons of compliments on my cuts, constantly! Tell Anh what you want specifically & she will do it. Then enjoy the compliments like I do! This haircut is called lots & lots of layers: I tell Anh the length (this time we took 3 inches off) followed by “I want lots & lots of layers.” Layers I wanted, layers I got, BOOM! This is second day wash by the way & oh so fluffy due to this fabulous haircut!

Update: I did not leave happy I left respectfully. I paid and did my part as a customer to support. And yes, you did what you wanted to do and what you thought looked good HOWEVER that was not what I asked for. I agreed to the length you suggested which was supposedly 3-4 inches, but you kept cutting it shorter where I now have less than half of my hair left. They’re kind but do not respect the customers wishes. I had hair to my low back and wanted a trim of 2 inches so I could get a Korean digital perm which I had told her but she kept saying it was not enough to cut off and she would recommend a little more. So I agreed to 3-4 inches. She cut my hair to 1 inch below my collarbone basically gave me a bob. I can no longer get a perm which I had already expressed I wanted. The bangs stick out with no way of styling it because she used a shaving tool instead of scissors to cut them. Another person who reviewed shows the exact same bangs. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I look. Do not let them hurt you they way they hurt me. I spent a long time growing my hair. She can take my money but she needs to stop doing what she wants and respect what the customer wants. I clearly said I wanted a few inches off and she cut a reference point that kept getting shorter throughout the cut.

Hi Sarah<br>Thanks for your feedback, I normally don’t argue back and forth with customers here but you have not telling the truth. I have been doing my job for more than 20 years and at this location for last 10 years. Going back to your haircut, I gave you my recommendation base on my experience and think it will make you look good but it’s your choice to say yes or no. Even every time before I trim off 1 inch I always confirmed with you and had you take a look before and after. At the end, you were so happy before leaving our shop, now a day or two later you changed your mind and said this is not what you want, I completely can’t help with that. <br>We are just a small business, we do a hair cut for customers not only to earn respects from customers, earn money for our time & service so we can support our family but also support local schools and local communities around here. Can you please take a picture of your hair now and upload here so we can understand what you were talking about? <br>Thanks for your feedback anyway, wish you have a good day.<br>Anh

I've been to this location twice and felt that I should share my experience. Both times I had Anh cut my hair. I have walked away happy every time. I'm pretty picky about where I go and I specifically picked this place because they have experience with East Asian hair which is very thick. I have a lot of hair and Anh always puts in a lot of time and effort to make sure my hair is even and how I requested. I see people complaining about how they were late and turned away or there was traffic. I recommend people call and set up an appointment and to be there earlier or on time. If you are late and someone is after you, you push every appointment later. If you know you will be late, call and see if you need to reschedule. People seem to be very entitled about being late. I also see some people post their photos talking about how their hair was butchered or uneven. I can only speak for my haircut which was a v-cut with layers and side bang. In some of those photos you can tell that their hair is actually even but they didn't bother to brush it. So I've posted 2 photos of the same haircut on the same day to show how you can purposely have your hair look disheveled. I'm very happy with this place and don't want people to be discouraged to go because of reviews from people who are entitled or purposely posting inaccurate photos.

Rude, skilless, No apologizes. An ez work - make a boundary for man top pony. BLUE LINE is what i want and which i told her. RED LINE is what she do for my first side, a little bit higher but still acceptable. As a near version, I kept reminding her keep in same heigh for both side before i took off my glasses. When she finished both side. I saw the huge difference between twos. I question her why she did that? Then she tried to convince me shave the good side to that high. it took me half year to keep until now. never rage like that. I show my dissatisfaction. but till i leave there is not apology from her. Try to stay away from here! unless you want an asymmetrical hairstyle like my. Good luck, customers
