It was cut uneven strands of hair were all over the place. It is embarrassing that you would have to ask them to fix something like this, should have been done better the first time.

I like this place because location is convenient and they have a car for kids to sit on while they get a haircut. What really disappointed me is that the moment we walked in for our APPOINTMENT the lady was already rushing us. “It’s just me today and I only have 15 minutes for this haircut” she says. Ummmm in my mind I’m saying hello maybe you should have planned your day better maybe when I called the day before to set the appointment YOU should have given yourself 30min for this first appt of the day for a KIDS haircut! On top of that she lied, customer with NO appointment walked in and she immediately said yes she’s available after my kids haircut 😒 wait a second so you did have more than 15 minutes to spend on our kids haircut!!! And you just purposely rushed us!!!! Definitely will be looking for other places for my kids haircut.

Hello handsome barbershop has always made 15 minute appointments back to back. It’s been that way since we opened in 2018. You had the 9am appointment. I was already booked at 9:15am, and the man that walked in got the 9:30 appointment. Your son was kicking and screaming the entire haircut, as you and your husband had to help hold him down. You could have came back another time, if your son wasn’t feeling like having the haircut done, however, you chose to let him kick and scream, on your husbands lap, while you held him down, so that I could cut his hair. This was definitely not easy to do, for any barber or hair dresser. Or any person for that matter. I got the haircut done, and even went over it twice, as you requested. Best of luck, wherever you end up getting his haircut next.

My kid loves going here, Rachel is his favorite! She is very patience with kids ( toddlers) ans takes the time to make sure your kis is leaving clean, (not full of small hair everywhere). My kid is always happy with his haircut 😊

What a fantastic experience for our grandson's first stylist haircut. Robin asked lots of questions about the style we wanted - we really didn't know WHAT we wanted - and what he ended up with was perfect. She was so quick, and the kid's cars were a great distraction. It was a little early for a beer, so next time we'll make sure it's scheduled for the afternoon!

This place is amazing! The moment I walked in they offered a drink as well as a refreshment when I left. I called for an appointment which is best. Google's online appointment setting is flawed which is no fault whatsoever of "Hello Handsome". These are total pros! Danielle cut my hair perfectly! They have a very cool vacuum system that rival the old broom and pan method. Danielle's station was sanitized and swept in record time. If you have little ones they have adorable "cars" the little ones sit in while they get trimmed. The kids LOVE it! My grown son recommended this place. He's 5'4" and perhaps its because he sat in the little Corvette during his cut. LOL! Have you ever had a haircut and you didn't want to leave? Me either! But this place came close for me! Besides an outstanding cut the price was moderately competitive. Well done! Thank you "Hello Handsome"!

Danielle (sp?) did an excellent job on my little guys first haircut. The atmosphere is really comfortable and the setup for kids cuts is fun.

The ladies here are amazing✂ had appointment for my 2 year old and his Dad. The stylist was so kind and patient and did awesome job with both hair cuts, and they have a rewards points program.

Full service barbershop here. They shave your neck with a razor giving you a nice line. A hot towel on your neck after that. A complimentary beverage is available if you so choose. They also sell a full line of hair care products. A big screen TV for your viewing pleasure. And best of all they do a great job of cutting hair the way you want it. I highly recommend this establishment.
