Son needed a hair cut, nothing elaborate . They were finishing up a customer at 4:38 when we entered but decided they were done for the day. Closing time is 5 or when you feel done? Maybe adjust your closing time to state done when we feel like it so it's not a surprise? Or last haircut taken by x time?

We never want anyone to feel turned away.<br><br>While we’re open until 5, haircuts can take different amounts of time, and we sometimes have to stop taking walk-ins a bit earlier to make sure we can finish on time and still provide quality service. Booking an appointment, especially later in the afternoon, is always the best way to guarantee a spot.<br><br>We’d love the chance to take care of your son’s haircut next time.

Took my sons to get haircuts by Sarah. She did an Awesome job, quick & efficient. My oldest loved his requested style of a low tapered fade. 100% would recommend Sarah!

I brought my toddler in here about 6 months ago and had a great expirence. Today my daughter (17) took him in and she did not. My 2 year old was scared and they were in there making jokes about him with his iron man jacket saying he shouldn't be crying. The gal cutting his hair was taking pictures of him crying saying that its gonna be perfect in her comic book with my child crying. She didn't even ask my daughter if she could take pictures of him. Definitely will not be taking him back here.

Sarya is my barber and she is AWESOME! I am a picky customer and she has literally never gotten my fade wrong. Also, she has done some sick designs in my son’s hair such as Bigfoot and the Ace of Spades. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Sayra for 4 years for fade-style haircut and I’d be hideous without her making me look amazing. She’s personable, kind, and extremely skilled in her craft.

SAYRA IS MAGIC! I wish I would have gone to Bitterroot right off the jump for a fresh and edgy pixie cut. Unfortunately, I went to a salon in Clackamas earlier in the week and ended up with my 1st ever, bad haircut. I decided to give Bitterroot a shot to see if they could fix the mistake left on my head... Sayra not only fixed and refined my hair but did some line work as well for a little extra spice. She singlehandedly brought my confidence back to life! She is so talented and truly a joy to do business with. You've got yourself a regular, Sayra. Thank you so very much!

Megan was the first person to ever cut my sons hair and gave him a pretty darn awesome mullet my son has a sensory issue with loud noises and she made sure my son was comfortable and had a great experience. She also last minute saved my hair and completely fixed it with a cut and color super last minute and went out of her way to make sure she fixed my hair for me. She is seriously the sweetest soul with amazing prices and does a wonderful job! 110% recommend!

Megan is EXCELLENT!! She did the best work on my son's hair, that I've ever seen. Very affordable. Small 5 to 10 min wait time (but I'd wait hours if I needed to). I'll never go anywhere else now that Ive seen her work. She's extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend her!
