Very meticulous! Great pride and care is taken on the simplest hair cut. I've been here twice and both times exceed expectations. These guys can give you a nice fade.

They charge $25 for haircut i gave $40 and the barber returns me $10 back. when i said you need to return $15 he asked me rudely “how much you want”.. there are few good folks here who do nice hair cut but my recent experience was extremely bad. An average great clips with good hygiene will charge $18 versus this place with bad hygiene charging way more..

I am 59 years old and a New Yorker. I've had my fair share of decent hair cuts and shaves but I can honestly say, this was the best cut and shave I've had in 30 years. I look and feel like a new man. I just gave the young man who took care of me, one simple instruction, make it short, I haven't had a haircut in 5+ months. He did a fabulous job.

I love this place I travel from Grove city to Whitehall to get a sharp clean cut. They are fast but take their time. Even if it's busy the wait time isn't bad. I have been there twice had two different guys. I don't know what their names are but was the two in the back. 👍. They are on point. Took my nephew there and he had the guy at the last chair in the front just before when you walk around the corner to the back. My nephews hair washed hit, like bad he looked homeless. When his barber got done with him. He looked totally different. Nice sharp clean lines. 👍. I'm due to go back soon. Highly recommend them. They take cash only, no cards. But tip them well. They do excellent work.

Great barbers and the best prices ($20). I've had $35 haircuts that weren't as good as their haircuts. The guys here are cool and respectful. They don't rush your haircut and trade quality for speed. They're very efficient and good at what they do.

My husband has been looking for a particular haircut for almost a year now. Every place he had gone, would not cut it right even when he showed them pictures. We are from the east coast and used to fades but clean lines but could not find a place that could xo that out here UNTIL NOW!!!! Yankee Barber is THE BEST barber in Columbus (in our opinion)! My husband was so extremely happy and happy with their customer service. On a day when the place was packed, my husband barely had any wait time. Amazing! Only thing is we found out after he got his cut that they only take cash!!!! So bring cash!

Was there about 3 weeks ago for the first time and no regrets . I must have driven by the shop a thousand times but never stopped to take notice. I loved the fact that I didn't have to sit around and wait for a specific barber as I was rushing. I was in an out very quickly and I was satisfied with my haircut.The environment was just different from other shops that I've been to. No loitering and no loud lewd music but still you can just relax and be yourself. The barbers are not selfish but they don't talk too much nor take breaks while cutting your hair like a lot of barbers in Columbus ...lol. I noticed a lot of things the short time I was there and I can only conclude that these guys are very disciplined and they mean business. They are open on Sundays as well, very smart you can't beat that!! Reminds me of back home :) I will definitely be back...

The hours need to be updated. According to google their open until 8 pm on sunday. To confirm I called the number listed, no answer. Assuming this information was correct I came out to Whitehall from the west side of Columbus to find out they had just closed. It’s unfortunate considering this is the only shop my young son is actually comfortable going to . All I am asking for is that the hours be updated to a correct time and you stick to them. Other that small issue this IS the best barber shop with my experience in Columbus.
