Neighborhood barber shop with a small-town feel. Lots of old-time knickknacks and memorabilia -- Burma Shave signs, Floyd the Barber pics, Brylcreem ads, etc. Very popular location, but wait times are reasonable with three chairs operating. Traditional to contemporary styling. Recommended.

I've been going to Max's for a few years now. My son also comes with me. Great hair cuts by the pros, wholesome family environment. I'll never go anywhere else. Casey, Jeff, and Carl are excellent with kids and adults. I enjoy making memories with my son here! Thanks for everything guys!

Great no frills barber shop. Just 3 guys cutting hair. Been in business since the 60s. $18 regular cut, $16 for old timers. Cash or check only.

Welcoming place. This place surprised me because when I walked in it was older gentlemen. And my son is African American and I was skeptical they could do a proper cut due to his texture. But nope!! If it wasn't the freshest afro done on my child!! Like the line up and how even it was. And I will definitely be returning.

This is a great place to get a haircut.I have been coming here for six months now, and Jeff does a fantastic job, and I am not easy to please. He listens to the customer, and remembers what you requested on your next visit.Thanks Jeff. The only reason I gave this barbershop five stars, is because I couldn't give ten.

Is so nice finally getting a professional haircut from a barber having over 30 years experience. Unlike Great Clips where the stylist there all just graduated from salon school being a roll of the dice of getting a quality haircut and having to back and get your hair rebut again fixing the mistakes only to find out that the person who cut your hair doesn't work there anymore. The only inconvenience is that your haircut must be paid in cash being $18.00 plus usually giving him $25.00. Well worth the money being my last professional haircut costing me $75.00.

Great barber shop. I've been a customer here for going on 20-plus years, only to stop for a while to cut my own hair for convenience reasons. Then my son was born and finally old enough to sit on the barber chair, and I remembered why I love this place! The barbers are great guys, very nice and friendly, and they do a fantastic haircut. They do the style you ask for, aren't afraid to do more if you want more done before you are satisfied. They remember you and your style hair cut that you want. Thanks, guys!!!

So glad to find this gem! I love getting my hair cut here! It is affordable and they do a great job. The barber shop is always clean. Best part is that the hair cut is quality and consistent every time! You won’t regret coming here!!! 10 ⭐️

This is a great babrer shop! Jeff did an excellent job with my 10 and 3 year old boys!!! All haircuts are $13. Highly recommend this place! They Barbers are super friendly and they have several books for kids to look at while they wait.
