I brought my 4 year old son in because my husband also gets his haircut here and loves it every time. I was tired of paying for the “sit in the fire truck” hair salons for kids that never do a good job. Knockouts was patient with him and it’s the best cut he’s had - we always do a hairline fade and it was exactly what we were looking for. They have a new customer each month for sure!

I have taken my son to get haircuts here for several years. The girls are nice and do a great job. Definitely need an appointment most of the time and super easy to book online.

UPDATE: Showed up on a Friday at 2pm. And I found no customer service. No hello, we'll be right right with you. No help. No people. One stylist came to the desk and said nothing to me. I sat there for 20mins and had to leave. First impression not good. Go find somewhere else. UPDATE: I went back in again today at 2pm (Wednesday) to try and give this place a second chance. I walked in and both stylist were sitting on their phones, no one else there. They immediately asked me if I had an appointment. Still not very friendly or welcoming. They proceeded to tell me they don't have appointments until Monday. I believe everyone gets a second chance. And not with a handout from the owner. This place is just not it!!!

Decent price. Quick straightforward cut and out the door. What keeps me going here is they offer the shave on the neck instead of the pretend places that hit you with the buzzers only call it good. The shave is a step above those other places where your cut is left unfinished without it.

I went today Saturday 19th according to my scheduled appointment, the first picture was the mess the hairdresser made and the second picture was the haircut I asked her to make, I had enough hair for her to work the cut I asked her to make. I came in with clear photos and asked for a specific cut — a low skin fade with a textured crop. I explained everything in detail, yet the stylist did something completely different. The fade is way too high, the top was chopped down with no texture, and overall it looks nothing like what I requested. For a salon with this many stars, you’d expect someone who actually knows how to do modern fades and crops. Instead, I walked out with a flat, boxy schoolboy haircut. If you don’t know how to do a style, just say so — don’t experiment on people’s heads. Very disappointed. ⚠️⚠️⚠️Update following the owner’s response: Thank you for the response and for offering to make things right. However, I need to clarify that the issue with my haircut was not about styling or product use — it was about the execution of the cut itself. I came in with clear photo references and explained exactly what I wanted: a low skin fade with a textured crop and a choppy fringe. What I received instead was a poorly done mid-to-high fade, a flat top with no texture, and a fringe that looks nothing like the one in the photo. I’ve now uploaded a picture of the haircut with dry hair and no product. Even in ideal conditions, no styling product could fix this, because the haircut has no structure to support the look I asked for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but trying to frame this as a matter of “wet vs dry hair” or “lack of product” is simply inaccurate. What I received was not the style I asked for — not in form, not in proportion, and not in quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure that other clients — especially those requesting modern styles — aren’t disappointed the way I was.!

Sara was more than awesome and wanted to give her a compliment! Her professionalism combined with friendliness made the experience perfect and the cut was on point. Every employee there was welcoming and made my 30 minute trip well worth it. I'll be back!

Taylor did an amazing job. Very sincere and thorough with each step. The scalp and shoulder massage was just what I needed(way better then sports clips bouncy massage tool🤪)I have a regular stylist nearby I go to normally but will definitely be back again when I’m ready to treat myself with some relaxation

Knockouts New Albany is great! (Especially now that the construction out front is complete). Easy to get to. Tons of parking available. VERY fair price for a haircut (compared to all the new 'men's boutique' haircut places around the area these days... ). Easy online scheduling. Always clean. Always timely. Taylor has been cutting my hair for about 2 years now and she is awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Saleena always does a fantastic job! She cuts my hair exactly how I like it, and I leave happy every time. She's friendly, professional, and creates a great environment in the salon. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great haircut!
