Once again...Andrew transformed my son's hair into a masterpiece! Ok I'm being a little dramatic but really, He's awesome....Good company and he gets the style I'm describing down to the T with little to no effort. He's the only person I'll go to! Thanx Andrew! I always tip at least $10... But I was so satisfied that I tipped $15 this time... I'm not sure what a good tip is really🤷🏽‍♀️ so if I'm not tipping well, somebody tell me lol

Honestly can't say enough great things about Jim. Had a fantastic time while he got my hair and beard sorted out for me. As a Michigander, I can't thank you enough for the experience. I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in Columbus.

I'm happy to have found Mug & Brush after shaving my head for 20 years, so I needed a professional to cut my hair now that I'm growing it out. Andrew understood what I wanted right away, and I've gone back for my 3rd haircut and beard trim already. Highly recommend!

A VERY casual and cute spot! This was just my first time here, but I immediately felt safe. This place is very trans friendly, serving anyone, no questions. My stylist was very kind, and we had a really great conversation. They were happy to help me figure out how I wanted my hair cut. They're non binary, which made me feel much safer, me being non binary myself. It's really difficult to find trans-friendly service providers, so I'm very grateful this place exists.

Visit Columbus on a business trip. The priced right, service was excellent. I enjoyed meeting Jim Morris the owner operator. He's gentle and truly interested in satisfing the customer. The shop is clean and well cared for. I was in and out as quickly as I needed to be. It is a short ride from Polaris area, just off the highway and easy to find. Ample parking in front. Decorated with plenty of art work. I hope you will love the place like I did.

Usually we go to Emmy and she is always great for cutting my sons hair. Today we did a last minute appointment with Andrew and he did a fantastic job as well. I will always recommend mug and brush.

I’ve been visiting Jim at Mug N Brush since 2019, and he’s also been my 4-year-old’s barber from his first haircut. We’ve tried the kid-centric places, but Jim’s relaxed atmosphere is unmatched. The unique lunch sack drawings, cool art around the shop, paired with great music and conversation, always make our visit enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to catching up with Jim during our appointments. Always a reliable cut and a pleasant experience. Thanks, Jim!

I've been here a couple of times, and both Jim and Santana have done an excellent job! They're polite, they encourage you to ask questions about your style, and they work precisely to give you results you'll love. As someone who knows very little about styling or hair care, I appreciated their patience with me as I asked about different cuts and products. Aside from the great service, there's also a lot of beautiful art in the Gahanna shop and I feel like I notice something different at each visit!
