Very rude and quick temper barber. This guy is always on shift on Sundays Please be advised not to go there on Sundays. Hurting you with blood flow without even saying sorry to you. The other barbers are professional unlike the one who works on Sundays.

The owner is very pleasant. No wait when I arrived. Prices are very reasonable. But im very disappointed with " his choice" of design. As a female, I expected a small cute design in the bottom corner in the back of my head.... I got an entire baseball field aka diamond....and it's not only OVERSIZED but CROOKED🙄. I'm very disappointed. Thank God I can let my braids hang over the design until it grows out!!!

A person who cut my hair didn’t ask me anything and directly used razor. I showed a picture what i want as a style, but he did whatever he wants to my beard. When i left i realized that he charged me $28. But on the table it was saying haircut and beard trim $25. There were some people in the store. They were speaking with workers. Both guests and workers were screaming while speaking. They do not have any respect to the other people! I left the place with headache!! It was awful experience for me. I labeled this place in my map. I will never come here again!

I was very disappointed by the customer service that I received from Jonathan at this barbershop. Ghanian Barbershops in Columbus are becoming as useless as most of the African American Barbershops in the Columbus area now. This idiotic moron named Jonathan at Sam's shop doesn't even have basic customer service 101 skills in his hard-shelled peanut head. Jonathan was very rude, unprofessional, and insulting to me as soon as I worked into the shop. You can bet that I will be in-touch with his boss ASAP. What a total fool for a human specimen, and a waste of body fluids from his parents.
