I have been going to Bree for about 2 years now and she is amazing! She listens to what I want and asks questions each time I am there and can always have a great conversation! Would highly recommend this place and if I was not going back to NY I would be going here for years to come!

Although I have been seeing Emily for 10 years, every barber in this shop is a master of their craft. Atmosphere is laid back and welcoming with a small shop feel. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. If this shop ever closes I’ll probably just resort to shaving my head.

When my normal stylist got sick, I went here (nervously!) for an emergency pixie trim and they delivered! Hair looks great and it was a lovely little shop with great atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. (And, yes, they can cut pixies! )

I love this place. Tippy has really made this place into a chill and inviting atmosphere with a refreshing style-over of the interior. The music is always playing and it’s located on High street which provides a nice view of the neighborhood. 10/10

My 14yr old son and I live an hour away and drive here to get our cuts. Chase has done my son’s hair many times and it’s always incredible. Tapers and lines are perfect on his very curly hair. Bree cuts my hair at the same time and while mine is much simpler, she’s always done a great job. They are both kind and friendly. Just a great place to go.

Professional. Great ambience. Attention to detail. Solid music. Bree is an incredible barber. All the 3 or four I also seen work did real well with cuts too. Definitely recommend.

I've been getting my hair cut here for two years, and Emily does a great job every time. She's friendly, the booking process is simple, and the haircuts are consistently excellent.

It was my first time in the shop and I already can't wait to come back. Emily cut my hair and did an outstanding job. I was impressed by how naturally she listened to me and made personal recommendations for my hair—and I really love the cut! The online scheduling is super easy and the shop is cute, clean, and comfortable. You can tell it's the kind of place where they really care about the work they do and the people they serve.

As a male who is not a fan of “barbershop culture,” this place has a breath of fresh air. Tippie has been a wonderful barber - she is attentive and pleasant to be around. The other barbers seem genuinely happy, contributing to an overall welcoming, positive vibe. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Love this location, love the barbers, love the atmosphere. I see Emily when I have short hair. She takes great care of me and always has awesome music & conversation. Her work is phenomenal; meticulous, great attention to detail, and amazing consultation before, during, & after. I'm currently growing out a buzz cut and she is making my journey so easy! 10/10 would recommend Old North Barbershop!
