Winter to get a haircut on November 7th 2025 around 1:30 in the afternoon I asked for an advanced Barber which they got me he didn't even know how to give me a short tapered haircut semi short on the top short on the sides and tapered in the back he had to ask the older woman up front to come and help him because he didn't know what he was doing or how to do it she says to him you're here to learn you're trying to become a barber he's still in return says I still need you to show me I said never mind got about the chair took the little plastic apron off and she politely very politely return my money what in the world do these barbers think that they're only have to cut men with short hair bald this was really sad 😢😢😢😢🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱

Even low level students offer good service at great prices. The vibes are laid back and welcoming.

Called to try to enroll in school and the woman answering calls needs to be fired. Extremely rude and acts like her doing her job is a burden. Can’t get the information I need. Horrible way to treat students.

This place is very unprofessional. Everyone has a nasty attitude and does not care about your future. Including Ms. Carrie, the director of the school. If you would like to make something of yourself, I would not recommend this school. As mentors and instructors, you would think they will be happy and proud of you but that is not the case. They are not hands on by any means and they are not willing to teach and help you grow. Ms. Carrie also makes it known that you are NOT a priority as a student. It is a very hostile environment for a student and customer. As a barber school you should take pride in your students and their work, your profession is to make others look and feel good. I can tell you now that this is NOT Ms. Carrie's goal as a director.

went in for a haircut and I had decently long hair and I really hadn't gotten a hair cut in 2 months there were a few advance barbers sitting, they wouldn't even look at me and there was one that said he will cut my hair so I went there expect a decent cut but I'll just say it was like he just started cutting hair I asked for a low skin fade and I got one high fade on one side ps no fade and the other was way too high and this guy at the end of the haircut try to cover up the terrible job he did man I have to go to the army drill tomorrow like make sure you choose your barber wisely because I asked for a advanced and they gave me a beginner smh. It’s really not a bad place to get a cut from because I have cut my hair there before. I was already having bad day and that just pissed me off.

I work literally across the parking lot and went in on my lunch to get my beard trimmed. I told the gentlemen up front I’m on my lunch break and he said he would get me in chair immediately even though they were busy and a lot was going on. He asked one girl sitting down if she wanted to do a beard trim and she said she wasn’t set up. He said “wrong answer” and called over the intercom for someone available to do a beard trim. Two people came up and one said he wanted a full head to cut and a girl said she’s got me with a beard trim. She shaped me up the best I’ve ever seen it. Shout out to whoever she was. She said she’s halfway done with her hours and I would seek her again, she killed it. Thanks

I went to get a haircut last Friday and the girl with short hair who was working at the front desk was very rude to me. I saw that it was busy and I was hoping to not wait for a cut, so I simple asked her "if I get an intermediate cut, is there a wait". She rudely replies "if you're looking for a quick cut, this ain't the place". Never did I say I was looking for a quick cut. It's obviously a barber college and people are learning to cut. I think y'all should have someone more pleasant working the front.

I most always have a great experience when I go to the barber college. I have been going there on and off for many years. I used to take my son there for a haircut when he was younger. My son and I both went together for cuts when we can. It's a great place to go to find the next up and coming stylist! And their prices super reasonable and affordable. I am still standing strong with having good experiences at the OSBC! The up and coming barbers do great work!

I come here a lot. To me shaving is relaxing and they take their time to give you that fresh look. Remember this is a school and this guys are not perfect and make sure you have enough time to seat and get your cut. The advance barbers some are solid while some are struggling but at the end of the day you still come out looking fresh. The price here is supper supper affordable and for that I can not complain. The only think is sometimes the students be loud when talking and it takes away the relaxation part from me!!!
