I give John, and the shop, very high marks. This was my first professional beard trim in six years, a span in which a few gates of life were crossed (including the silvering of the hair). John understood immediately that I wasn’t chasing a “fountain of youth,” but aiming for something far more grounded: the kind of grooming that supports a steady, positive self‑image. Chad does an amazing cut. I had long hair for 14 years and have now visited him twice and he set me up perfectly. I get many compliments and asked where I get it done. My brother recommended him. I'm very grateful he did. Very professional and the best there is.

Gwen is so exceptional at what she does! Every time, I not only get a cut i’m obsessed with, I learn so much about my hair type, how it needs to be cut, and how to style it. The professional stuff aside, she is a very grounded and fun person to chat with while she transforms u into ur sexiest and most jaw dropping self!!!

Excellent experience. I have very thick hair with soft curls. He evened everything out and left it longer on back and top. John even gave me some tips on how to style my curls better. Very happy and will definitely return.

John was professional yet laid-back at the same time. He took the time to understand how I wanted my haircut and would check in multiple times during the cut to make sure that it was turning out how I envisioned. Had an absolute blast getting my hair cut by Chris. He made the whole process super easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Looking forward to coming back for my next cut! Absolutely loved the German Village/High Street location. It had a really welcoming and chill vibe. I’ve found my permanent hair spot!

My son hasn’t cut his hair in 3 years. He was nervous. Brandi did such a good job with my little guy. And it was awesome that she let us observe. The cut is 90s perfection... which is exactly what we were going for.
