I started coming to Beechwald Barbershop because so many friends and colleagues highly recommended it. Right away, everyone told me, “You have to go to Steph—she’s amazing!” At first, I was skeptical because I thought I had already found the best barber ever while I was in Nashville. After struggling to find the right fit back home, I gave Steph a try, and let me tell you—she didn’t just meet my expectations, she completely surpassed them. She’s truly incredible at what she does, and I couldn’t be happier to have found her!

Love these ladies! They cut my husband's hair and both my son's and do a great job! And they are very understanding and accommodating to my children's special needs. Won't go anywhere else!

I've gotten my hair cut here a couple times and the haircut is okay. Not great, but not bad. I left this time though because they were complaining that "we don't have father's day this year because they replaced it with Juneteenth". I didn't realize it was cancelled, and I wonder who the 'they' is in that sentence. I assumed that a whole race gaining legal emancipation was sort of worth a holiday, but y'know, that's just me.

Decent enough shop environment, and the two lady barbers are very friendly and skilled, but the one male barber can't make a cut follow a photo and will argue about what's in the photo in order to excuse the mistakes in the cut. The instructions "please don't go too high, I don't want to look like I lick boots" got me a haircut that looks exactly like that. Very frustrating.

Hair stylist Matt took care of me to perfection but the entire staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable. Animal lovers and beautiful people! I feel fortunate to have met them all at a slow time of day. I paid double for my cut because at the end I felt like a million bucks! I will be getting a trim here every week if I can. This is what a barber shop should be like!!! Thank you Matt, Sweet torturous Stephanie, Suzanne the strong lovely artist, and Stevie the hardest working, coolest towel boy in the universe!!! 5 stars for Suzanne.... Finding that perfect barber can be so difficult. After my barber died a few years back, I couldn't find someone who could get it just the way I like it until I met Suzanne. What a relief. She is laid back, ultra talented and just plan good people. I am not quick to give 5 stars but she deserves them all! She's truly an amazing barber.
