I visited this salon a few days ago because the reviews looked great so I expected a good experience. Unfortunately that wasn’t what happened for me. I waited over two hours even though I only needed a trim and short haircut. When I finally got in the chair the stylist was rough. They kept checking their phone during the haircut which made me feel unsafe and not properly cared for. I also overheard staff speaking negatively about other customers which made me uncomfortable and added to the unprofessional feeling. With the long wait and how the service went the price felt too high. This was just my personal experience and I hope the salon improves the way they treat and focus on customers in the future.

My haircut here was really poor. They had a new barber working on me who was clearly not ready and ended up cutting my face with a straight razor. It was taking forever, so the boss came in to ‘help,’ but he was extremely rough with my hair — pulling it hard and rushing aggressively. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. Definitely not somewhere I’d trust with a haircut again.

The staff at this barber shop are genuinely welcoming and respectful. The vibe is relaxed and laid-back, making it a solid spot to bring your family for haircuts. The place is clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. All the barbers pay great attention to detail, ensuring you leave looking sharp. They don’t rush the service, making every visit worth the money. Andre has been my go-to barber, but honestly, all the guys do an excellent job!

I had a fantastic experience at Bibi & Cucu Barbershop . The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and skilled. Bibi is one of the best barbers I’ve had. I been with him for about 2-3 years already. Never has failed me and is always on time. He is very professional and always gives the best service to every one of his clients. A very consistent barber is the best ! I do recommend everyone to visit his new shop, it’s very nice.

I had a fantastic experience with "El Docto" Ivan Marrugo. He takes great care with both my hair and beard, never rushing and always engaging in great conversation. I trust him completely with my grooming needs. Additionally, he’s excellent with kids. I regularly bring my 3-year-old son, and he handles him with ease. Not to mention, the aesthetics of the barbershop are impressive modern and luxurious. Highly recommended!
