My dad and I stopped by. All workers were sitting around and waiting for customers. When I asked on of the workers about cutting my dad’s hair, he said it was $80. $80 to cut a seniors hair. No thank you! Reply to Owner: We were standing inside your shop when your employee quoted the price. Why would we look up prices online while physically there? Calling my review “not accurate” is insulting. This involved a 91-year-old Korean War veteran in a wheelchair who was made to feel unwelcome. Most seniors don’t check websites—they rely on being treated with basic respect. A decent haircut is about dignity and self-esteem. Quoting an outrageous price felt like a way to turn him away. Your response lacked empathy, and that speaks louder than my review ever could.

Taisha that's not correct - please don't go around writing something that isn’t accurate. Prices of the haircuts are on the website and you gave us 1 star because you didn’t like our prices. Whether you’re trying to or not, giving 1 star reviews with false information hurts actual businesses,BTW there are other places who charge less - help yourself with that if that’s your issue.

Just wanted to give my praise to this establishment for my experience on September 8th. truth be told, I was nervous to come here but at the end of the day, it was such a great experience. I didn't have an appointment, but the team ensured that it was all good (though I highly suggest you make one in advance). I was connected with Daniel and he was just a great barber, providing care and asking how everything was going. He listened to how I wanted the style and look to overall look like, and he was very attentive during the entire time of the service. The overall experience, which was a haircut and a beard trim, was just great. I frequent White Plains a few days a month and I will absolutely come back here when the time is needed. Major thanks to Daniel.

Booked online for Peter. Arrived and another barber was offered. Nothing against other barbers but different price expectations. Rectified eventually. Mini-massage and drink were not offered. Peter is smooth, fast, and conversational. An experience some may enjoy. For the value, my first and last.

I just had my first professional shave and it was an incredible experience—thanks to Sergio! He was not only skilled and precise, but also made the whole process feel relaxing and luxurious. From the hot towel treatment to the smooth, close shave, every step was done with care and professionalism. Sergio took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained what he was doing along the way, which made the experience even better. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and looking sharp. Highly recommend booking with Sergio—you won’t be disappointed!

Haircut was not at all what we discussed. He ignored my fiancé when I asked him to listen to her. Hair was cut too short and added texture without asking. The haircut it self looks good just not at all what I wanted or what I had before. The beard trim was nice but my mustache trim is much shorter than discussed and it’s crooked. Will never come back. Try listening to your customers next time.

I would like to take the time to recognize Al for his outstanding and consistent service as public admiration for his ability is long overdue. I have been going to Al for over 3 years because of a close friend’s recommendation, that of which I am most thankful. I enjoy his mastery with the blade in order to curate an excellent haircut each and every time. It never fails in my day-to-day life to receive a compliment about my hair after every visit to Al! I enjoy every haircut with Al because of his genuinely kind and friendly demeanor which makes going a relaxing experience.
