not only they charge you more than what is shown in their sign, they also don’t disinfect their trimmers/other tools often enough. I got skin rashes after getting my haircut there, which is something that never happened to me before.

Impressed at the quality of service here. My barber took his time to make sure the job was done well and that I got what I wanted. I took the subway three stops to get here after seeing the reviews, and I'm glad I did. The prices and quality are excellent.

Make sure to ask for the price before getting the haircut They will over charge you. Not professional. I just move into this neighbor and needed to get a cut. Now the haircut was 15$ but they end up charging $25 Needless to say never going back to this place again.. Worst kinda filth! No way to tuna business by hustling people.

Amy cut my hair like no other. She is fast; but a close attention to details. Working locally at Juan's Barbershop is a good opportunity for her to connect with the community. Amy brings a new level to the barbershop experience. Also providing face massage. I would definitely recommend a haircut with Amy!

I've been coming to this barbershop for the 4 years that I lived in the area. It's a couple blocks away from the 7 train. The wait is usually not very long as they have 3-5 barbers at any time. Haircuts are quick and good. Can't complain there. I'm only removing one star because only one or two barbers out of all of them speak and understand English well. It's sometimes difficult to request what you want, but they try their best and I've never been disappointed!

I am coming to this barber from Manhattan for some time now. I like the way they cut my hair. Straight up business no nonsense that usually happens in barber shops. The only thing I could say is that i wished they are open on a Sunday.

Glad to see others agree about the consistency of skill among all the guys at Juan's. It's so rare and so appreciated. You can't always count on being served by the same barber but you can always count on getting the same quality service, which is very good for the price.

Good quality cut at a reasonable price. My go to in Sunnyside. I also like the consistency across all the barbers. A lot of times people have the person they wait for but here they all do a good job.
